We currently have the company tree setup in Workgroups for Visibility of timecards and expense receipts.

 

We would like to set up something similar so an Operations Manager can see all of the approvals his direct reports have in their list.  Do you have to set up something in the Approval Mapping?  Or can this be done an easier way?
