Hi all. I have multiselector attribute. I need show attribute value in my other view like this show in Attribute tab. For example: When valueID and description is fill  i need show description, when description is null i need show valueID

We have a prospect that has two companies, one base in ROI and one based the UK. The 2nd ROI company does not hold any stock and all sales orders are supplied by the primary UK company. We’ve worked through using intercompany and believe it would work for them to a degree but ideally we would like the Intercompany Sales Order in the UK company to be dispatched to the customer address for the ROI company. If we select to raise the intercompany PO from the ROI company to the UK company as a drop ship PO, we cannot seem to generate the intercompany SO from the “Generate Intercompany Sales Orders” process within the UK company. This means the ROI company would have to theoretically “Receipt” the stock to their ROI warehouse to immediately despatch their customer sales order. This adds another level of admin the customer would like to avoid as they would like the paperwork from the UK company to have to delivery address of the ROI company customer. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

I have not experienced this before.  I am logged in as ADMIN with customizer etc. roles.I cannot get anything to come up in the DAC browser.This is just an example.  I cannot open any DAC.Click here: 

When a customer has an overpayment on account can that overpayment be turned into a credit memo?  I need an action to  show the customer the credit on account and remove the payment sitting open.

I have a requirement to create a return for a purchase receipt which has been created for drop ship SO.I tried by creating RMA order with RC order type and added the invoice number too. When I try to create a vendor return from the more menu, I got an erro as PO Error: There are no lines, for which a vendor return can be created. What could be the reason for this and how can I complete this.

We have a dropship PO which associated with a Sales Order. Basically we have released 1 purchase receipt and AP bill for the dropship PO. The Sales Order which associated with the dropship PO is completed with invoice.But unfortunately, we accidentally released another purchase receipt for the dropship PO which is not supposed to be.How do we make correction for the wrong receipt?   

This is happening on a client and I cannot find the reason why the generated cost transaction has a different branch to the labour transaction, so it is causing incorrect GL entries.The data is all entered on the correct branch, so any ideas why the system generated cost transaction would have another branch to the source?

We have an overseas Vendor from whom we make large orders which frequently come in multiple shipments. When they send a shipment, we get an advance listing of the details of the partial shipments, like lot numbers, final quantities, or discounted items, which we use to get the purchase receipt set up in advance to make receiving go more smoothly. Additionally, since undershipping and overshipping are also common, we adjust the Purchase Order to reflect what the final quantities are so that our Availability figures are correct. Our issue is that when we have a first pre-receipt created, the purchase order cannot be edited until that first shipment is received and processed, so any items on subsequent shipments can’t have their availabilities updated or any other adjustments made which come with the vendor’s shipment confirmation. Hello all,I would like to know if I mark the below employee as Inactive & deactivate the line items under the Delegates tab, would the delegation become inactive? Also how can I add date under Expires On field?  

We assign Delegates on Employees to facilitate Expense Claim entry on behalf of our field employees that do not have Acumatica credentials. We have a scenario where a particular person moved locations and is responsible for a different group of field employees. I know how mass add to all the new employees, but I cannot figure out how to mass delete from the old employees. Short of <Action: Delete> on the Employee Info target object, I cannot see where removing a row is possible. Does anyone have tips or tricks to achieve?  

Hi All,Currently, I am facing an issue where the Import Scenario only deletes one record at a time, so I have tried adding multiple lines using '= -2' to delete multiple records. However, I don't believe this is the proper way to delete mass records.After deleting the old delegates, I need to update the list with new delegates for the same employees using a single import scenario.Is it possible to handle both delete and update delegates in single import scenario. Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me track down a strange issue with a business event sending duplicate emails for one vendor but not the other.SetupWe have a business event called PO Approved set to Trigger by Record Change, For Each Record, on the created Purchase Order Generic Inquiry (no grouping) screen. It has one subscriber - an email notification that sends the approved PO to the document owner.The trigger conditions filter by:New Field Value – Status = Pending Printing Or Pending Email Or OpenAndOld Field Value – Vendor ID = Vendor 1 Or Vendor 2Fields to Track includes both Status and Vendor (vendorID).The problemWhen a PO is approved for Vendor 1, the recipient receives two identical emails at the exact same time. This has happened consistently across multiple POs on different dates. Hello! I’m working through adding multiple images to FS642000, pulling from the attachments on the Appointment. I used the guide ​@lauraj46 created: How to display multiple images horizontally in Report Designer, which was super helpful (THANK YOU). My first image loads correctly, however, the second image displays with an error. I attached a screenshot of the error along with our RPX. Any guidance is appreciated, thank you!  

Hi Connections, I’ve a query related to expiry date control in Acumatica. Every inventory is specified as lot/serial and has an expiry date. As a result, based on that approach, expired items should not be processed. Is there any evidence that an item was expired at the time of shipment/transfer? Either Warning Message/ Allow / Don’t Allow Setups.,  I couldn't find any settings that would help me control this concern.  Hope you guys can help me on this topic. Thanks Ram

I am trying to set up overdue charges in Acumatica. We want the charge to be per invoice.I have our test account set up to apply overdue charges: Their customer class also has overdue charges applied: And the test invoices have overdue charges applied as well: When I calculate and generate the invoice for the overdue fee, it has a fee for each overdue invoice, as well as the “Contractor Overdue” fee:How can I set this up so that only the invoice fees appear on the Overdue fee invoice?The logical fix is to uncheck “apply overdue” on the Customer Class page and the individual Customer page, but when I do that, nothing populates during the “Calculate” function on the AR507000 page.

Hello,Attempting to update item classes via Import Scenario.This requires answering the following dialog: The import scenario is having trouble answering the dialog  Any of the selected ‘Dialog Answer’ Screen fields results in the same error where the dialog is not being answered successfully.  Does anyone know exactly which ‘Dialog Answer’ to select here: I have seen other threads discussing this but not on 2025R2 Modern UI which changes how fields are selected in the Import Scenario. Thank you!!!

From my brief research and testing it would not appear that Acumatica allows for a workflow where Landed Costs can be entered and paid for prior to the purchase receipt. Has anyone figured out a way to accomplish this cleanly?  Like many companies, we are importing items from overseas and paying some significant landed costs in the form of freight and duties. We want to capture these costs and apply them to our item costs, but often we need to pay bills before items are received. Neither the freight companies or the brokers are interested in waiting for us to receive the inventory before they get paid and I imagine this is a very common scenario - is this a simple oversight in the Acumatica functionality? or have I missed something obvious?  Appreciate any insight others have in this area
