In AP Bills and Adjustments, the AP Viewer default Role does not have the ability to reassign the Approver if the Approval Map is designed to allow for it. AP Clerk can do this. I reviewed the Security but can’t determine what allows the field to be modified. Currently, the AP Viewer gets the pop up window for the approval but can’t select a New Approver. I gave AP Viewer Edit access to Bills and Adjustments>>Approvals. I also played with some of the Approver ID fields in different sections.Appreciate any help, Chris

I made a report for the Opportunity screen and named it CR303002. The report by itself runs well, I can select the opportunity and it will process it correctly. I want to add it as a custom action on the screen but the navigation parameters are not available: Has anyone faced something like this before? Thank you!

As described in the blog post below, I’m exposing a Generic Inquiry (GI) to be retrieved by an external system via the REST API. We are using OAuth2 authentication with grant_type=password and scope=api.As shown in the blog post, I’m sending a PUT request to Acumatica with a {} in the request body.https://www.acumatica.com/blog/contract-based-apis-in-generic-inquiries/ Could you please clarify whether it is necessary to call a logout after performing the PUT request?     

Up until this morning, I was able to add user-defined fields to the opportunities screen without any issues but when I try to add a UDF to the screen, I get an error stating ‘Index was outside the bounds of the array’. I will post a screenshot of the stack trace.Any advice would be appreciated!

I am trying to setup Sales Order Notification Email templates to use information from the Mailing & Printing tab of the customer record as well as the Sales order.All the email information was scrubbed from the report, and the report directed to SalesOrderNotification template. This worked correctly.The Template has a message body, To fields set, From fields pulling from the Contact associated with the Sales order correctly.However, i was wanting to use the Customer record Mailing & Printing settings to populate the CC field. I cannot get the email template to pull information from here at all. I tried both Add recipients and Overwrite.Nothing ever populates in the CC field.I tried looking in the list of “Screen Fields” in the email template itself, but found nothing that makes this connection.What have I missed in this process?

Hi, I’ve created a smart panel containing a grid and an OK and Cancel button. You select a row on the grid, then hit OK and the selected item is added to a sales order. It looks like this:Whilst it all works fine, I would like to improve it a little by allowing the user to double click on a row and not have to press the OK button. This would be similar to using a PXSelector where you only need to double click on the row to select it, as shown belowI’m hoping it’s just a property against the grid but I cannot find one.Any ideas?

Hi, Have been battling with an issue with an override to ReleaseFromHold in POOrder Entry.  What I am needing to do is make an API call on another Acumatica Instance to create a Sales order that is linked to the Purchase OrderCode is below: The method ReleaseIntercompany is not the problem.  I have the same issue even if the call is commented out such that the code becomes:  I have narrowed this down to the presence of the Base.Save.Press().  This is required because if ReleaseFromHold is pressed before the order is saved, then the OrderNbr of the PO is not known and I want to send this in the API to create the Sales Order in the other tenant to store the value in a custom field.What happens, when the PO is released with the code above is that the user is left with a form that looks like:All the fields in the header are blank.  The order has saved, and has been released as you can exit and go back in and all the data is there.I’m thinking that I could just right a custom action that ca

The total cost on the on the purchase receipt is not taking in to consideration the line discount of an item. For example 10 items  @ 10 less 20% line discount will come to 80.The total cost on the PR shows 100 instead of 80. The total cost is helpful tocompare the receipt with the vendor invoice totals.

While the grids have been successfully added, they are currently displaying in the All tabs of the Stock Item screen instead of the intended tab. When attempting to release a group of project transactions I get a “IN Error: Unit conversion is missing” error. In this particular group of transaction there are about 30 transactions. I’ve looked at the UOM and Conversion rules where applicable and don’t see anything out of the ordinary. When I look at the trace I see what is shown below. Hi, I am doing a GI and I meet a issue from getting the data field of PO receipt and In-Transit quantity. Is there any other table can get the value of them? because it show object invalid when I use [InventorySummaryEnquiryResult] to get the value. 

 I am currently working through Lesson 3.1: Setting Up Intercompany Sales from the F300 Intercompany Transactions (2025 R1) course. According to the training materials, when configuring Accounts Payable Preferences, I should be able to select "Vendor Location" in the Use Intercompany Expense Account From field.However, in the system, this option does not appear. Instead, I only see "Vendor" and "Inventory Item" as available selections.Could you please clarify whether the documentation needs to be updated or if there are additional settings required to enable the "Vendor Location" option?Thank you for your guidance and support.

I am trying to set up a connection between Acumatica and Send Grid, and while the outbound process works perfectly, Send Grid is not sending the information back to Acumatica. The email is being logged as open, but Acumatica isn’t receiving that information back. Is there some step or mistake I’ve made?What SendGrid Sees What Acumatica sees 

I’m trying to use Acumatica’s integration with SendGrid to get record of when a email is open. The email is being sent fine and logged in SendGrid, which then sends the read receipt back to the webhook which receives it. However, the information never leaves the WebHook, despite the Email and WebHook being linked.SendGrid’s RecordsWebhook receiving the Response from SendGridEmail Activity does not have this recordThe Email Account linked to the Webhook 

Hi, Appreciate your help on this.  we are setting up the Deduction and Benefits for vacation and we encountered this concern. Context:  Vacation should be set as Percentage of gross wages and should be taxable.  In Acumatica payroll, when the Affects tax Calculation box is ticked, the Percentage Custom in the Calculation Method is not available. Note:  We cannot use the Amount per hour because the hourly rate may vary and we may need to calculate it manually in every paycheck.  Thank you.

I recently added service orders to the mobile application so that our employees can view and edit service orders from their phone/mobile device. It is added and working great for everyone that does not have an apple phone. They can view the list, but when they try to click on one, it spins for a bit and then says that an error occurred as shown below. This is a screenshot from our sandbox company, but it does it for both the sandbox company and the main system. When on android, it opens up the service order without any issues. Has anyone had this kind of problem before? Is it an error with apple or is there something I need to change with my code?

This entry perfectly explains the problem, but the solution isn’t realisitic:Purchase Order Prepayments | CommunityIt’s a pretty basic ask:Vendor needs a prepayment (deposit) on a PO PO Details keep changing -- there’s no way to modify the PO Details that are linked to a PO Prepayment Request.The prepayment shouldn’t have a requirement to be linked to individual lines.. it’s just a deposit on the PO Total.How can this be accomplished?

Is it possible to create a prepayment for a PO without having to tie it to a specific item/quantity within that PO?  It’s very common for our international vendors to change their PO’s and that messes with any prepayments that may have been applied to those changed quantities. My question:  How can I apply a prepayment to a purchase order in total without having to attach it to any specific item/quantity/percentage etc? The same way on the receivables side where you can apply a prepayment to an invoice as a whole.  Example:  Customer owes $10,000 and pays $1,000 towards it.  System shows balance of $9,000 without having to apply that prepayment to any specific item within the invoice. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am still not certain of how and why we need to use the rate table.   We are using the Acumatica Payroll and the Construction module.   My question is Do I need to create a Rate Table if we want all the actual labor will be charged to the project based on the employee time entry?    Thank you and appreciate your help.
