I am missing something here to export tracking number from Acumatica to Shopify. My ERP field is TrackNumber

and this is how I map the export

Yet, I am not receiving the updated tracking number from Acumatica. I appreciate your recommendations on this topic. Thank you!

That must be a customization that moved the Preferred Warehouse ID to the header?

Either way, did you try the entity mapping for Sales Order?

This worked for me:

#2. Another sync question is the Location field

It is written as “Company name - Customer name”. We wanted it to be a constant value, eg; MAIN LOCATION.

I created a metafield in Shopify for customer and a flow trigger to write the metafield as MAIN LOCATION when a new order is created.

I mapped the custom.location metafield value with Acumatica Location field.

Still the Location name remains as  “Company name - Customer name”.

Instead of custom.location, flow and metafield, can I use =‘MAIN LOCATION’. Will it work? Thank you!

Thank you! Solved the tracking number issue.

Still I am looking for a solution to #2.

Tracking number should pull over automatically, you don’t need to map it.

For #2 - not sure I follow here, are you trying to export the customer location to a ORDER metafield?

The order in shopify will be specific to a location/address, what is the need for pushing the location to the order again?    if you hard code ‘MAIN LOCATION’ what happens when it’s not the “Main” location?

Thank you! The reason why I tried to map tracking number is Shopify only detects UPS. Purolator tracking number status is not detected as Purolator by Shopify. I thought if I could match the carrier, it will work just fine.

As for #2, the connector push “Company name - Customer name” to that location field. I am trying to disable it and push a static location detail there. Is it possible with the connector or do i need to add GI in Acumatica to mark all orders from Shopify as “MAIN LOCATION”

One more question.

#3. In the sales order, there is a field Preferred Warehouse ID - is it possible to map pickup location to this from Shopify sales order or is it a prefered warehouse set for on a customer level that is shown here? Thank you!

You should separate your questions into different threads so they can be tracked and answered more readily.

For tracking numbers, the connector recognizes the carrier (and URL) by the numbers. You can use substitution list spccarriers to map lesser known carriers.

See this thread:

#2 it would be very helpful if you could provide more screenshots with your questions.  When I sync a company to Shopify the location comes over as the location name.

So i’m not sure I follow your questions.

#3 - The only preferred warehouse ID I see is on the Shipping Screen:

If I hover over this and review the help:

It says it’s coming from the default ship-from warehouse in the Shop For Rates dialog box.

Thank you! Next time, I will open seperate threads for each topic.

#1. The carrier is well known - Purolator in Canada. I am surprised that it is not autodetected by Shopify. UPS works just fine.

#2. It is in the sales order, I would like to change this location to a fixed value for all online orders. Similarly, fixed Default Sales Repo(2) for all online orders to a fixed value.

#3 This is regarding the Preferred Warehouse ID (3), where in I want to sync the pickup location here (if this warehouse id is related to the sales order instead of the user). Thank you!
