How to Add a border to an Image (Picture Box) in detail section in Report Designer?

Please advise How to add a border to a Picture box in detail section.

Tried but cannot visibly seen a border line in report.

​@PrasannaSathasivam08 I would try placing it on a panel and make the panel have the borders.
