Hi Everyone,Currently, when sending an email , the system shows the "Purchase Order" block (highlighted in the screenshot) on the right side of the Email Activity form:  📷 (screenshot attached) from All email(Screen)->Email ActivityI’d like to add one more row in the highlighted text for Order Nbr.If anyone knows how this can be done, please let me know.Thanks in advance! 

I would like to NOT show lines that show zero values , like the one highlighted in red . Kindly help.   

Based on an older article and the lack of answers when people asked this question, I’m guessing the answer is “They are not”.When an invoice is created using an installment payment terms type, the invoice is initially created for the full amount, but immediately closed.  Subsequent installment invoices are created right afterwards for the individual balances.  If I use a “3 equal payments” terms type, the system creates INV001 for the original invoice, closes it, and then creates INV002, INV003, and INV004 for the installments.I see nothing in the system or in the DAC that gives me a link from INV002, 3, and 4 back to INV001.  The usual “ARTran to SOLine” join logic doesn’t exist either.  Outside of a description, these three installment invoices seem to be related to nothing else.

Hi @all,I created 2 GIs:List of budget per month (GLBudgetLineDetail) screenshot below Sales per month (ARHistory) screenshot belowNow I created another GI and used my GIs above as my tables.Then I Joined the two tabels, that’s ok.But when I try to select the fields for my Join, I can’t choose the fields I need. screenshot belowIn both GIs exist the field “FinPeriodID”. That should be my Join-Field, but it is not shown in Acumatica. I wish there was a way to view API requests or logs from the UI…  The platform is so robust when it comes to API’s and the only thing we can see is from events to the database. This would help a lot when it comes to troubleshooting and implementation!

Has anyone seen this error when attempting to publish a customization with Modern UI files?Build 24.209.0013 I build a simple maintenance screen on the Classic UI, now I’m trying to convert it to the Modern UI and add the files to the customization project in preparation for when I need to do this with our production customizations. I created the MUI files and successfully built them in the FrontendSources/screen folder using the npm run build-dev --- --env screenIds=SWUI0001 command. Then I was able to switch the screen to the MUI and it worked as expected. I then added the files to the customization project, but it won’t publish, and the error doesn’t point to any specific files.   

I’m trying to move the option to see this photo to either the general tab or the main par. However, whenever I try, I get just a text box, and not the image or the selector. Is there a way to move it? I don’t see any additional code that would be creating the image. 

Hello All,I'm looking to generate a production order packet (or traveler) that can move with the job through each stage of the BOM routing. The goal is to have it updated or marked as complete at each production area as that part of the routing is finished. Hi Team,We have a requirement to create Issues(IN302000) via API calls and insert line details along with a custom field, but without mapping the custom field in the Web Service Endpoint. Currently, when we use a PUT request, the Issue is created with the line details, but the custom field is not being inserted. Is there a way to have Microsoft Form results automatically enter into Acumatica? We want to give surveys to the customers, and have it come into the system automatically.

   Hello, I am having a need to get the report runner’s information on  the report. Like the phone and email. I studied “Rowaccessinfo”, from which I can just get the DispalyName, UserName, Company, something like this. I  coud not get email and phone from it.    Does anyone know a way to do this?

Hello, I would like to see a report that shows a list of our customers and the average amount of days it takes for each customer to pay their AR invoice. Does this currently exist in Acumatica or is there a way to quickly create it or add it? Any help that you all can provide would be greatly appreciated. Not looking for an integration. 

I have made sure the prerequisites for the capable to promise functionality have been set up, it seems to work with some items but when trying to process a configurable item (after configuring it), I am getting the error below. Does the CTP function work with configurable items? - if not, is there a work around of some sort?   

We use Project Issues as a custom forms solution in via PM Classes and Attributes assigned to those classes.  As of today, we have a number of users whose iOS devices have updated to the most recent Acumatica Mobile App. In so doing, the ‘Attributes’ menu in the ‘Project Issues’ screen is no longer visible.  We found a workaround whereby uninstalling the app and reinstalling it seems to reinstate the Attributes availability on the Project Issues screen, but for a bunch of users that are relatively unsophisticated, it’s an incredibly arduous process to uninstall, reinstall, reconfigure server, go through two factor, etc.Is there a logical / good reason this happened?  I’m not trying to complain, but bugs like this are what make users / companies less confident in a system that they’re trusting to help run their business.

Hello,I’m reviewing the AR Aging report and it seems that I have a discrepancy between a payment and subsequent invoice. Is there a way that I can zero these both out and remove them from the AR Aging report?  Thanks,Brandon McIlhargey

How can I reverse it if I accidentally extend a Business Account to a Customer (or a vendor) without any transactions?

HI! I’m seeing this error on receive and put away. I’m not sure why it’s trying to add an extra line.The scanned quantity exceeds the quantity in the PO receipt for the item.Would you like to add a new line in the receipt for the 1 EACH quantity?

How does the “Keep Audit History” under security preferences work exactly? I understand it’s an integer of months, but….Does it run immediately after saving?Do I need to optimize the databse or anything to get it to trigger?I have a LARGE audit history, many many GB and I know that if this triggers it will take a moment. I’d like to be minimally disruptive with my system. How do I use this function properly? How do I know it executed?

Im trying to get all expense receipt  using  GET https://{BASE URL}/entity/Default/22.200.001/ExpenseReceipt but nothing is returned on postman. Can any help ? what am I missing here?If i replace ExpenseReceipt with Vendor, I get a list of all vendors. 

I have found some - by looking at GLTran, I have found all the labor, OH and WIP adjustments transactions.However, material issued and finished quantity are posted by Inventory ID, not by WO.I reviewed events for the WO - there is not event for finished goods.I went to the FG part and reviewed history and found the transaction and looked at the GL trans.  It doesn't reference the WO.  But I can not do that for O/S, as that is a non-stock inventory item.

Hello,Is there any current functionality that allows for item substitution on a PO?

       We are a traditional enterprise, and our picking operations still mainly rely on printed pick lists. Currently, we are considering introducing scanners. However, due to certain reasons, we do not want to switch our main picking method to being fully reliant on scanner operations. The method we hope to adopt is as follows: Print the pick list, which includes a barcode. When the picker starts picking, they scan this barcode to mark the beginning of the picking process. After the picker completes picking, they scan this barcode again to mark the end of the picking process. --- Actually, this is our core requirement: we want to record who picked which shipment and the duration of the picking process.       3.For actual data entry, we still rely on the current shipment screen, where basically all fields are pre-filled by default, keeping the operational method the same as it is now. With that said, does Acumatica natively support such a process?

I have created a new local installation of Acumatica as a test bed and created a user with the hope of using OData access to pull the data from Acumatica. The user that I created was assigned the role of API user and the Tenant name is Company.I can log in as the admin user interactively but when I try to use Postman to simply get a list of OData exposed generic inquiries (I exposed one so there should be something on the list) I simply get the 401 Unauthorized response. The url I am trying to access is: http://localhost/ACUERP/t/Company/api/odata/gi/Please give me some direction on this.Thanks in advance!

Screen SO301000 added new checkbox to sales order line using the customization project editor. New field shows in column configuration for line in details tab. When the field is moved from available columns to selected columns and I click OK, the field shows on the line for a second and then disappears. I examined the generated HTML and I see the field there but the colgroup element for my column has a width of 0px?I have reviewed all the layout properties and they look correct to me, must be something simple I am missing but I am a newbie.
