Can some guide me on how to configure an automation schedule to prepare and email statement on Bi monthly basis

Hi guys. By deleting those inactive tenants, will it free up the space and reduce the SQL Database size? Our current SQL DB size is 289GB which is pretty huge.  

How do we look-up an item in the mobile app by description? The employees have no idea what the ID is, they just want to be able to search “bulb” in a selector (Preferably on Item Lookup) and then choose the proper item, but everything I am seeing expects an Inventory ID and doesn’t allow for a description.

Hello,As the title suggests, we’re looking to restrict users from logging in by date.We have the Construction edition and want to restrict our project managers from being able to login for a few days each month.

Overlapping Dates​​​​​​Is there a way to fix the overlapping dates on dashboard widgets without reducing the maximum number of records displayed? This became an issue after an upgrade to 2022R2. 

Why does Time Card allow Time Spent = -ve Value?  

Hi,We want to change case notifications so that the user who last updated the owner, to themselves, does not trigger the notification.  From what I can see, this is not feasible under the “trigger conditions” using the @me value.Is this possible? Thanks! 

As an admin, I have the ability to select the week when creating a time card. But other access roles cannot select the week, it is grayed out. I have already created my custom weeks in the Time and Expenses Preferences, I just need employees to be able to select their weeks in each time card they create. Any help would be appreciated!

The B2B portal, the default prices are not populating, it seems to be for things only in stock though. The base price is not an editable field. The default price is labeled base price in the portal (as a customization). Does anyone know how to get those to populate? 

We have a fairly simple requirement for row-level security on stock items, but I don’t know if it’s possible to achieve.The objective isn’t so much to restrict access to sensitive information from users as it is to hide all the unnecessary information that simply makes mistakes more likely.We are a manufacturer and would like to be able to only allow users to select the items that they need to work with. A prime example of this. Subassembly production employees should only be able to select the subassembly items that they are responsible to keep stocked. One person only builds door panel assemblies, but since they are also able to see other inventory, they sometimes accidentally create production orders for other items with a similar inventoryCD. I created restriction groups to only show them the items they build, but then they are unable to create production orders since those contain raw material inventory items which would now be hidden by the restriction group.Does anyone have idea

Hi! We’re currently revamping how we use Acumatica for our own internal CRM. We’re exploring the option of using attributes for lead classes to capture as much data as possible on a prospect such as their industry, requirements etc. This is all good information as the prospect moves along from lead to opportunity. However, when we convert the lead to an opportunity, the attributes despite being the same, do not get carried over and the data is lost/needs to be reentered. Is there any way that we can ensure the data from the lead stage gets brought forth into the future stages like opportunities and business accounts? Thanks!

When I check under “Business Accounts”, I have entities that were set up as Vendors that also show having a business account now that I sales team has entered into the mix, thus creating duplicates in that instance.  Is this an issue or how should these be set up?  

My client has asked about uploading AI files to requisitions so that the design files can be reviewed with the requisition. I want to caution her about file size and how that affects the space and affects of the database. Will someone advise on best practice? 

It appears that DeviceHub must be running in an interactive session.  If you log off the session then DeviceHub closes.  Is there a way to make this run as a service so it’s always running regardless of logged in user?

Hello all,I have the following scenario:The GL Account on an AR Invoice created with a Customer extended from a branch is pulling the default GL Account from the Customer Record. When I add a Non-stock item to the details, the item’s GL Account is NOT overriding the default GL Account from the customer record.  The GL Account on an AP Bill created with a Vendor extended from a branch is pulling the default GL Account from the Vendor Record. When I add a Non-stock item to the details, the item’s GL Account is NOT overriding the default GL Account from the vendor record. I tested and do not have this issue with vendors created from the vendor screen.  Has anyone come across a fix for this?  Thank you, Lindsey

All of my menu items for CRM, parables, and Finance just vanished and I don’t know how. I have the 2021 r2. I checked if they were disabled and who has access and they all seem to be perfectly fine.Can someone help me recover these? 

We are attempting to add several new boxes to the Boxes list. The dimensions on one of the boxes isLength - 6.6 in, Width - 5.6 in, Height - 6.2 inWe are shipping with Easy Post and they accept for fractional box sizes, but we are unable to enter the size as a decimal into the list.Is there a setting that we need to change to allow for fractional measurements to be entered.Thank you!

The client wants to enter time entries spent on Projects from a Mobile phone.  Is it possible not to have the closed projects to show as you cannot see if a project is still open from the drop down on the mobile phone

Hello,We want to print a shipping label when we ship.There is a “print label” button on the more menu of the shipment screen.It is grayed out.I enabled “shipping carrier integration” feature even though I won’t really be using it in an attempt to enable the button.How do I enable that button so I can print a label that I design?I understand that I need device up installed.  I have not yet done that.  Is that possibly why the print label button is grayed out?Thanks!
