Acumatica Mobile App Error while saving a record.

I have been trying to save a record created on the Acumatica Mobile App but upon saving the record the below attached error is getting triggered. Please guide me out how to resolve this error.

“An error has occurred. please try again or go back to previous screen”.

Hi,

Could you confirm the screenID and if this screen has been customized?

If it has been customized could you try to unpublish the customization Project and retrying again.

It will help us to know what kind of record you are trying to save, whether others are able to save the same record, and whether you are able to save the same record on a PC or Mac.

Hello @laura01 
Yes, I am able to save the same record over the desktop instance, but whenever I am trying to save any kind of record in the mobile app it is triggering the error.
