I was in the process of reconciling a Credit Card and the Reference Number generated matched, for some reason, a previous reconciliation statement for a different cash account.Now the process is locked into a cash account that is not correct, it will not let me delete the report, and if I create a new one it tells me that the previous statement was not reconciled. Also, the transactions disappeared for that time frame and I have tried everything to get rid of the incorrect reference number. Please help!

Hi - we are trying to make the description field under Time Activities be blank by default. Currently, it is pulling in the task description. How are we able to change that?

If we just add OrderDate as a column it doesn’t display the correct quantity for that time period when filtered.What is the best way to accurately display the quantity for a certain time period (instead of just all time quantity totals)? 

Good day Community I have a client who has been calculating their depreciation on a spreadsheet for years and now want to use Acumatica. Here is my challenge - in 2021 they changed the useful life of the assets from 25 to 40 years. In 2023 they increased the value of the assets. I imported the assets in the current financial year in initialization mode, including the YTD Accumulated Depreciation. Most assets have been depreciating for about 5 years, 2 years @ 25 years and 3 @ 40 years. I am really struggling to assign them useful life years that would calculate at the correct rate.  If I use 40 years, it reverses a portion of the Accum. Depr so that the remaining amount is over 40 years from day 1. If I use 35 years and amend the start date to the current year, the calculation is correct by month going forward, but it amends the Accumulated Depreciation YTD that was imported.Any advice as to how I could get the system to calculate the correct amount going

Hello, We’ve noticed when processing offline Shopify orders with cash that the log in Shopify shows the amount of cash paid and then the change given to the customer. When this order syncs into Acumatica, the payment total is the amount of cash the customer gave and doesn’t account for the change, leaving a balance on the payment. Is this a known bug, and is there a fix or workaround for this?   

We need some clarification for Minimum Order Quantity and EOQ (we think this mean Economic Order Quantity).  We think Minimum Order Quantity for an Item / SKU is the minimum amount that must be ordered to order the Item / SKU from the supplier.  So, if I have a Max Replenishment of 20, and a reorder point of 10, (and I have 10 instock) and a Minimum Order Quantity of 50, when I run replenisment the amount to order will not be 10 (20 - 10 = 10) but will be 40 (50 - 10 = 40).  Is this correct?   How does EOQ figure into this math?  I do not know what EOQ does.  Any help is greatly appreciated. I just learned that shopify for some reason does not support multi select dropdown out of the box.I’m interested in using the commerce connector to map Text, Combo and Multi Select Combo product attributes to Shopify metafields.I was recommended https://apps.shopify.com/metafields-editor-2. The Metafield Guru supposedly supports multi-select metafields.Does anyone recommendations/experience for syncing single and multi select stock item attributes in acumatica with shopify using the commerce connector?

Hello - is it possible to change the default set up of the time card screen to default to the Details tab instead of the summary tab?  

Has anyone run into issues with serial lot numbers that contain an underscore in 2024 R2? When creating an inventory adjustment, the lot that has the underscore can be selected but as soon as any field (e.g. quantity) is updated the underscore is replaced by a space and the transaction cannot be saved. For new receipts we will use a dash instead of underscore, but it’s causing problems with existing inventory. We have a support case open with Acumatica but would appreciate advice from anyone who may have already seen this issue.Thanks in advance!

Hello,Our company has been using Acumatica for three months after transitioning from Sage 100. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience with AP automation for both standard purchase orders (POs) and dropship POs. We handle a large volume of both types, and the majority of our AP bills are generated from POs.For those using AP automation with standard POs, how do you manage the delay between receiving the AP bill and the PO receipt?Similarly, for AP automation with dropship POs, we usually create the PO receipt upon receiving the AP bill and then invoice the customer immediately afterward. How do you manage this process?Our AP department does not feel AP Automation is helping as we hoped . . . Any insights from the group would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Andrew Paquette

Hi, I’m working on a customization project to incorporate a side panel for our Bills and Adjustments screen, but would like to map the navigation parameters to the Detail Transactions grid so it can reference Subcontract Nbr and Project Nbr. When working on the customization I’m only seeing the limited fields tied to the source APInvoice for selection.Because our invoices are not setup for Single-Project use, I do not have an available Project field to map to. Is there anyway that I can establish this link for Side Panel display and ease of navigation for our teams?

Is there a way to select a template and change the default selection from before email body to after email body?

I set the inventoryid to required on the inventory screen. I want to still get the error message of “inventoryid cannot be found” if someone does fill in the incorrect inventory id.So basically if the inventory id is blank I should get this error: “inventory id is required.If inventory id is entered but does not exist in the system: “Iventoryid does not exist” Before making the inventoryid required, the “Iventoryid does not exist” error came through when trying to save. Now it is overiiden by the “inventoryid cannot be found”. I don't want this to happenPS I used PXDefault attribute to make the field required

Hi! When I use an employee user in the customer portal, I am not able to view the item details, catalog, or checkout screens without associating the user with a business account. Do all users (even employees) need to be associated with a business account to view this in the portal? These users have the portal admin and system administrator user roles assigned.The user also doesn’t have access to view Sales Order or invoice printed form even given access and has report designer role. I couldn’t find any documentation that specifies this, is there a configuration I missed?Thanks!

I am trying to update the logs, and as part of this process, I need to update the "Actual Start Date" field of an Appointment in Acumatica. However, when I attempt to update this field, it neither throws an error nor updates the value.Interestingly, the "Actual Start Time" field updates correctly, but the date remains unchanged.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Are there any restrictions or system rules preventing the "Actual Start Date" from being updated? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi there,I’m implementing for a client migrating from Dynamics SL.  The client is really struggling with the fact that all AP Bills and Adjustments for all branches show up in the GI regardless of which branch is logged into.  She wants a restriction so that only the current branch’s documents show in the list.  She has admin rights and access to all branches.I have figured out how to add both a Parameter and a Condition and it works well, EXCEPT for that fact that it doesn’t refresh the “Current Branch” value when I change branches, but rather it seems to cache the last value.  I need to figure out how to have the filter refresh to the current branch after changing branches.  For example, if I’m logged into Branch A and load the Bills and Adjustments screen, it’s comes up filtered for Branch A.  If I change branches to Branch B and go back in to Bills and Adjustments, it still has the Branch A restriction and that has to be changed manually.  This really isn’t any bet
