One AP bill affecting multiple projects

Hi ,

I have an expense which affects multiple projects. Can I enter one AP bill affecting multiple projects ?

Hello,

The answer depends on the following setting in AP Preferences. When Require Single Project per Document is selected ON, the project ID is located in the Header of AP and PO documents and we can only choose Task and Cost Code (optional) on the Detail lines.  When Require Single Project per Document is not selected, Project ID is not located in the header and we select Project, Task and Cost Code (optional) on the details lines.

Hello,

@dsenevirathne54  @laura01  is correct.   The setting has moved up to the Data Entry Settings in 2022.  Make sure this box is cleared and you can enter multiple projects on your AP Bill.
