Hey everyone! I’m working in the engineering workbench and for some reason I can’t utilize all of the grey area below the red line. I’m no a PC using firefox if that is helpful. This makes it very difficult to view.  

I don’t use FieldSelecting (almost never) and I think I should have been using it a lot more.  However, When I set the Qty on a line in Bills and Adjustments, it just displays it on screen, and if you add a cost, it doesn’t extend the cost out.You can see it defaults the Qty to 1.  But when you add an item, the extended cost is 0.Here is my method: protected void APTran_Qty_FieldSelecting(PXCache cache, PXFieldSelectingEventArgs e) { var row = (APTran)e.Row; if (row == null) return; if (row.Qty == null || row.Qty == 0) { e.ReturnValue = 1m; } }If I do this in the RowInserting it works, because I can actually update the cache. protected void AP

UPS integrated shipping has the option for gif files, which are great for sharing with customers, as it can be used without a Zebra Printer. However, the file comes out horizontal, as shown in the below image. Is there a way to get the UPS Gif files to print out vertically, instead of the default horizontal? 

Hello!My task reminders are getting popped up when I am logging in to the system only. And at the time reminder works, my screen get stuck but no reminder is visible. Is there any setting I can change when to pop-up the reminder?Thank You!

Good day I am creating a GI which will list all the lines and their columns from the relations tab for each opportunity record.The following tables have been used for the GI: CRRelations, CR Contact, CR Opportunitiy, CR Leads, BAccount, So Sales Orders. I am having difficulty showing the status of each line, as this could come form a number of tables (i.e. sales order, leads, customer, etc.) I have tried using the ‘Target Type’ from the Relations table in an IF statement, but I don’t seem to be getting the name of the type ‘name’ correct.Does anyone know how this can be achieved in possibly a simpler way?Thank you.

An account was added while creating BUDGET for 2025. That account is no longer visible under FINANCE/BUDGET but it is visible on P&L Budget. That specific account needs to be updated and cannot be located. I was looking in every subaccount, in case it was posted in the wrong place and nothing. That account has not been added to Budget configuration prior to entering it to the budget. However, it is showing under different branch budget P&L and BUDGET. I added this account to Budget configuration, but it is still not visible, nowhere to be found. I am getting an error of duplicate account/subaccount if I want to add it again. 

Hi everyone, I have a troble and I hope if someone could help me.The issue is in a project of customization, I needed to create a new screen and I had to redirect from another screen so the new screen is a pop-up screen.In the pop-up screen I have a grid and I want to save a record from another table but when I push Save button it doesn’t nothing, I checked that current cache of the dac (I mean the cache of the grid) is full but it doesnt save when i'm in its tab but if I change the tab and I try to save, it's done and It save the record, it's rare because I didn't save nothing, I didn't remove neither modify. The primary view was refered another Dac and the others tabs was refered the same view but the issue tab was from its view. Also the Dac “Cargos Adicionales” have a compound key, I mean, it have the keys from th

Using Shopify Plus+ b2b .We have 3 branches, and orders are required to be imported with the connector to the respective branch.There is a lack of mapping options available to the Company Entity.We tried manually inserting a metafield into the Customer. The metafield value definitely exist on the customer.Receiving  error "SalesOrder.Details[0].Branch: 'Branch' cannot be empty.Inserting  'Sales Order Line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.”What are our options for mapping to the right branch? We have too many customers to do it by locationid in orderdata. 

We currently have one company setup without using branches, The subaccount segment string is AAA-BBB where AAA is the Department and BBB is the Product.  We want to add the physical location by either creating branches or a third segment in the subaccount segment string ie CCC is the Location.  Is there any benefit to creating Branches (say for data entry, reporting, complexity of system administration) to capture this information compared with changing the subaccount string to include a third segment ? 

In Bills and adjustments, when an invoice is created and any supplier is selected, an item is automatically entered. What is desired is that a default item does not appear. Can you help me please? 

Hello Everyone, We are trying to create a new field in the sales order screen and we need to display it in the modern UI Sales order screen.  Created a new instance with version (24.205.0015). While creating the instance enabled the Install NodeJS  and Enable Modern UI check boxes.  After completing the instance setup, I tried running the npm run getmodules command, but encountered the following issue. First the NodeJS   files was not in the FrontendSources  folder. The NodeJS  folder was created in the C:\Program Files\AcumaticaTools\NodeJS\node-v18.12.1-win-x64 path.  Moved NodeJS  to the FrontendSources  and tried still same issue.  I also tried running the .\npm command in the NodeJS folder, but it did not work. It seems the NodeJS is not installed that I have installed with Acumatica instance. Removed the NodeJS from the path and followed these instructions(

Hi,I have been playing around the customization Project. I have added a new filed Excise Duty in the details tab of the Sales Order Screen SO30100. Now I want that Excise Duty to be 4% of the Quantity.  But I am getting error ofBelow is my DAC and I have added code to calculate the Excise Duty 

I want to add a new field that will allow me to pick a list of employees or users. Or that will allow me to link to an attribute that I already have with employee names. I have added the field already thru customization, but am stuck trying to figure out the pick list. Am I doing it correctly? My main goal is to put a pick list of employee on my project quote screen, so that I can then view it on the inquiry screen as a column and create reports. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hello,I have created a GI and am using that as a data source for a second GI.This works.However, on the first GI I have a SUM aggregate value that I want to be able to use on the second GI.  The field being SUMed is a formula.This SUM aggregate value is available to me on the results tab of the second GI.  However, if is not available to me to use on the conditions tab.Thanks!Larry

Hi! We have a user that wants to be able to see the transactions behind the Availability total seen in the Inventory Summary page. We already explained to the user that the availability calculation is set at the item class level. Is there something in Acumatica that already exists that could show what transactions affect that total? OR is there a way to create a GI to explain what that total consists of from different data tables? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

I only have the company id but I don’t think that the companyid is unique. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi!does acumatica have the functionality to add landed costs to a sales order? i couldn't find anything and the closest I could get was creating a non-stock item for the landed costs (in this case, tariffs) and added that as a new line on the sales order.  in our clients case, the landed cost is not added to the cost of the item.would love to hear what others are doing or if this is on the roadmap for added functionality thanks! Iqra

I’m trying to work on a GI to show my Inventory Manager all Warehouse locations that currently do not have inventory in them.  This is a way to see how many open locations exist, build out a storage capacity percentage, and help receiving pick locations to put inventory away. I’ve tried something as simple as looking at INLocationStatus and filtering out there QtyonHand = 0, but all that seems to be doing is showing me inventory IDs that had a reference there at one point, that is currently at 0.  I can look at that location and still see inventory allocated there in the system.I’m curious what I am missing.  Do I need to find a why to sum all inventory IDs as a location first, then show only the ones that equal zero?

One of their manufacturers provides a base product that is always customized to the customer’s request—customers rarely, if ever, order the base product as-is.To streamline fulfillment, the client has identified common configurations of this product and now stocks those pre-assembled versions in their warehouse. These configurations involve minor modifications, such as swapping out the base pressure valve for an upgraded version. Additionally, the client stocks individual parts, which can also be sold separately.Item Setup Overview:Mfg. Base Model 1 – Not stocked, never ordered directly. Model1V1, Model1V2, etc
