Hi I Have Follow T200 Maintaince Form Tutorials there a new form is created name Repair Service , I Have follow the same process but when after adding new workspace. I move on for adding menu there but , I was not able to find Menu Item named reapir Service , but in site map its showing there without any workspace attached to it . Now I am Unable to get Repair Service

I just need some guidance regarding the application of the update.Recently, we updated our Sandbox environment to 2024 R1. Since we have a local copy from the local server, I'm also trying to apply the 2024 R1 version to it. This would be helpful as I can replicate and investigate some customizations in the local copy. I was able to download the package from builds.acumatica.com - /builds/ (acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com). However, I encountered an error when installing the update: 'Invalid scriptType found: InitializePartitions'.

We our implementing our first Canadian client. I have a question if a Canadian customer purchases the Canadian version and only really wants to work with Canadian currency -- do we just turn on the Canadian Localization and enter NO to Multi currency options? -- does the system know that they are Canadian currency by the version and Yes to localization?Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis

Hi All,I wonder if anybody is having the same issue.  two copies of email sent out:we use the standard out of box notification templates InvoiceNotification (screen name: invoice, screen id: so303000) to send email to customers through “Print Invoices and Memos”(AR508000) manually.  Customers receive two copies of the same email back to back.  I check the activities on the customer record and all emails, Both places show only one copy sent out.   Anybody seen something like this?  any ideas where to go to fix it?  we are on 2022R1 build 22.118.0022appreciate any help/ideas.  Thanks.

Using 2024R1 SaaS, we’ve set the user inactivity timeout to 3hrs in User Security>Security Preferences.  Users are experiencing timeouts of less than an hour.  Are there browser settings that also need to be changed?

Hello,I created a new user and expected the home page to be the usual Acumatica page with links to university etc.Instead I get this: I did not set anything for this new user and really need the old standard default page. 

                We are trying to restore some data from our snapshot going back to October 2023.We have built a local site (2022R20 in trial mode and started to import a snapshot.While the snapshot was being imported, I got the below displayed error.Any idea what might cause this problem? 

Hello, Is it possible to create an entity mapping for the Shopify store connector to create orders with different order types depending on certain criteria as it comes over from Shopify? I have the Shopify store set up with a default order type (WB), and then we also use the POS side. This has two order types for in store and ship to customer orders already set up.  However, we are starting to use other sales channels in our Shopify store and we don’t want all those orders from Shopify admin, online store, and other channels to ALL come through with the same order type. I’ve tried creating several different entity mappings to follow some logic with NO luck.    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!

If a customer has a low user timeout (30 min) for security reasons does this affect the ability for Device Hub to run for an extended time with no print jobs?Customer is having issues with only printing a few times per day on Device HUb and they feel like they need to restart DH to get the jobs to print?  Could this be the user timeout?Has anyone had this issues?  Is there a best practice to configure Device Hub that will only be used once or twice a day or so?  (note these are print jobs on daily automation schedule) Thank you
