After upgrade to Acumatica 2023R2 filters on forms and GI stopped working for some users. It looks like computer related problem because when admin login to user’s account, all filters work.

But some users under admin role experience the same problem. It’s the same for custom and original form/GI.

Here is an example

Did you already try clearing browser cache (deleting browser history) for the users whose filters do not work?

One test to determine whether clearing browser cache will help:  try a second browser.  If the Filters work in Chrome but do not work in Edge for the same user login, same computer, then clear the browsing history in Edge and see if Filters begin working again.

Hey there!

If some users are still encountering this issue, perhaps it is related to the following known issue.

Have those users test clicking the OK button instead of clicking enter on keyboard.

Looks like Dev have already fixed in 23.208 as well if needing to resolve fully instead of working around it by clicking “OK” on the filter instead of “Enter” on keyboard.
