“Are you getting the same issue when logging in with admin” => I don't have this problem.
My problem is that with Administrator rights, I can still use the "ADD LINK" feature normally. But with other Uses they cannot use it as described above.
We want Users to see and use the "ADD LINK" feature on the FILES.
I have done the following: Access rights by Screen> Hidden> File Maintenance > Set permissions
As a result, Users can perform functions on the Files such as: Upload, Edit... but they cannot use the "ADD LINK" feature. When Users click on the "ADD LINK" button => It has no effect => the system returns to the main screen of Acumatica.
