We have a user that has a new last name (recently married). These changes have all been updated in AD.
Now in Acumatica, the ‘Last Name’ field is incorrect.
In one site I was able to delete the user, then add from AD, and set up the user roles again. This fixed the last name issue.
However, in another site, the user is tied to records in the system, so they can not be deleted. How do I update the last name in this case?
