Users cannot perform the "ADD LINK" feature on the "FILES" screen

Which version of Acumatica is used?

Can you restart the Acumatica application?

Also can you log in as “ Admin’ and check if Add files is displaying?

Users still see the  "ADD LINK" button on the FILES.

But when they press the "ADD LINK" button, Acumatica returns to the main screen (Welcome to Acumatica screen as shown below)

My problem is that with Administrator rights, I can still use the "ADD LINK" feature normally. But with other Uses they cannot use it as described above.

Access rights by Screen> Hidden> Customization project browser> Files> Set permissions

We want Users to see and use the "ADD LINK" feature on the FILES.

I have done the following: Access rights by Screen> Hidden> File Maintenance > Set permissions

As a result, Users can perform functions on the Files such as: Upload, Edit... but they cannot use the "ADD LINK" feature. When Users click on the "ADD LINK" button => It has no effect => the system returns to the main screen of Acumatica.
