Hi I’m getting an error when over supplying lot\serial numbers. Is there a way to override this validation ?There’s a settings that allows negative quantities on inventory items. Is there a similar settings for lot\serial numbers ? Shouldn’t these two go hand in hand ?  Thanks Roderick

I discovered an underpayment on a prepayment which is leaving an open balance. There is also a unapplied credit memo for the amount of the underpayment. When I try to apply the CM, I go Document Details → Document type and the only options are invoice, debit memo and overdue charge. What should I do to close both the CM and prepayment? Thanks.

Are you able to track change orders to a purchase order with out the project module? Everything I’ve read regarding change order management all seems to require the project module.

Hi everyone, Is there a way of defaulting the non project code X on the bills and adjustment screen without a customization? Thanks, Patricia

Hello Everyone,I was wondering if it is possible for an SO-Invoice to inherit the sales accounts from a non-stock item when the order type says use sales account from customer location. For instance , all the stock items would inherit gl accounts from the customer's sales account but the non-stock would inherit their gl accounts from the actual non-stock item itself.I haven't found any settings to play with on order types, ar prefs, or so prefs. I am thinking this is probably just locked from what you put in order types and that you would have to manually change the gl account. Thanks

I have set the formula to count the margin, I’m not sure is the formula correct?=([Products.CuryUnitPrice]-[Products.curyUnitCost])/[Products.CuryUnitPrice]does someone know how to solve this problem?After I set the formula, it come out the error. “Divide by Zero error encountered”.

Hello, I’m new to Acumatica customisation so I’m looking for some pointers.I want to write some data to a custom table when a new record is inserted into the SOShipLine table.My custom table is similar to the SOShipLineSplit table with 3 primary keys of ShipmentNbr, LineNbr and PickNbr.I want to enter data into my table when a new row is created in SOShipLine so I’m using the RowInserted event - SOShipLine_RowInserted(PXCache sender, PXRowInsertedEventArgs e).I’ve found that in the RowInserted event I cannot get access to the field values for ShipmentNbr and LineNbr, I guess this is because the data hasn’t been submitted to the database yet. But without these values I cannot set the values for ShipmentNbr and LineNbr in may custom table either. I’ve tried quite a few idea to get the key values from the new record but I’m starting to think that perhaps I’m taking the wrong approach to this problem. Perhaps I’m using the wrong event, or maybe I should be looking to set up parent/child re

Hi, The bill screenshot below is unavailable when I try to apply it to the debit adjustment that was created by reversing the bill.  Can anyone advise why?  It also doesn’t show up if I go to Prepare Payments in an attempt to cut a check for it.  Everything about it appears correct to me.

I am having to adjust prices for vendors periodically, and was wondering if there was a way to do multiple items at one time?

Hi, I use estimates for Manufacturing. when I create a Sales order Quote I link my estimate to the quote. When I copy order to SO it doesn’t carry over my detail line in the SO type. Hi, We need to insert Inventory stock item with few attribute values. We have tried to add attributes and only Item created process was success.Attached the Screen shots for further reference.  RegardsNethupul

I have a client that uses Subitems and I have modified some reports to show the sub item along with the inventory ID but they need the segment value description to print instead of the segment value. In this setup, there are 5 subitem segment IDs, e.g. W-AE-FRS-PA -1/10 where W = Wild, AE = UAE, FRS = Frescomar, PA = Panulirus argus and 1/10 = 1/10 lb. Is there a way to link by the subitem back to the individual segments and pull the description for any or all of the subitem segments that make up the subitem so instead of printing the subitem as W-AE-FRS-PA it would print as Wild-UAE-Frescomar-Panulirus Argus-1/10lb.

I saw from another community topic that Acumatica can automate sending a reply message to incoming emails...how is this done? Is it through Business Events or some other means? Here’s our scenario:We are using Cases to bring in all the service requests that we receive from a shared mailbox. These service request email notifications require that we “accept” the service call within x minutes. They also require that the “accept” be appended to the end of the existing subject line.Example of the original email subject: DISPATCHED: Work Task 22350022 Store 26094 Priority 2 - MediumExample of our accepted reply: RE: DISPATCHED: Work Task 22350022 Store 26094 Priority 2 - Medium accept Back to the original question… can this be done through Business Events or another means of automation that does not involve customize development?

Hello Everyone,We have a requirement where we are using Manufacturing module and trying to map options from "Configuration Entry" pop-up through code but while doing getting unexpected errors like: “Move Next” etc.Sharing our requirement and sample code for your review and feedback, please find details below:Requirement:Created a Configuration ID on Configuration Maintenance screenUsed that record on Sales Order screen under Details tab. I would like to create a GI showing all the AP Invoices and AR Invoices for a custom table having a field called Housebill. I can get it to work showing only AP invoices or only AR invoices, but not both at the same time. I attached screenshots of the existing GI. Any help would be appreciated.

The Process Orders screen can be used to ‘create shipments’ but not ‘create receipts’. So I put together a business event and import scenario to trigger the <Action: Create Receipt> (CreateShimentReceipt) but am running into issues with the dialog box. Any ideas on how to populate a multi field dialog box?

Hello Guys, I wanna simulate the press action on save when updating a field i m using this code: protected void Choixfournisseurline_Selected_FieldUpdated(PXCache cache, PXFieldUpdatedEventArgs e){ var row = (Choixfournisseurline)e.Row; PXCache cache2 = this.Caches[typeof(Choixfournisseurline)]; cache2.Persist(row , PXDBOperation.Update); this.Save.Press(); this.Save.SetPressed(true); cache.Graph.Actions.PressSave(); //cache2.Graph.Actions.PressSave();}but it’s not working!  Thanks.

Hello,      I think it is possible, I am just seeking whether there is existed solution, or how difficult if I have to do it on my own.      We plan to integrate 1 Acumatica tenant with another Acumatica tenant. For simplicity, they can exist in 1 Acumatica instance/url address for the time being. For the long run, they may sit in different Acumatica instances.      The need is below:Supposing we are having 1 Acumatica tenant A, as  Distribution center, all the inventory are stored there. But the inventory belonged to other owners. The distribution center only provide receiving, storage, delivery service. And we are having several sales channels in Acumatica as Tenant B or C. The sales channels will receive orders and payment from end customers.         When Acumatica tenant B receive order from customer, it sync the order to tenant A.        Tenant A do the shipping, and sync the shipment information to tenant B. (Maybe no inventory deduction in tenant B, causing the real goods are st
