Hi, 

We need to insert Inventory stock item with few attribute values. 

We have tried to add attributes and only Item created process was success.

Attached the Screen shots for further reference.

Your import scenario isn’t properly targeting the Stock Item attributes.

 

For the initial stock item import I have a section that looks like this to import multiple attributes:

 

Here is an example of a scenario to update the values of existing items from a bulk list:
