Hello, we need help in recording Audit History when doing direct DB Updates, for some reason we are doing direct DB Updates to one screen, the data is updating correctly but that is not getting recorded in Audit history, do we have any other way to record audit history even if we are doing direct DB Updates. PXDatabase.Update<TableName>((PXDataFieldParam)new PXDataFieldAssign(“FieldName”, “FieldValue”),(PXDataFieldParam)new PXDataFieldRestrict("TableId", TableId));

Where does Included  field get saved in Acumatica.Could you please figure out the table?

Is it possible to have the owner field in an Activity auto populated?   Is this a development only area?

We have a non stock item called DS - Drop Ship.  On the Sales Order Screen and while adding a new Inventory Item I type ds into the inventory field and as I type the first thing it comes up with is something with ds in the description, ignoring the Inventory Code which exactly matches.  Is there a way to alter the search to search by Inventory Code first before searching description or failing that to only look at the Inventory code and not the description for the search as you type functionality. Sorry if I am not using the correct terms but I hope you can understand what I mean. Thanks for any help,Phil

I am trying to import sales orders and all is going fine until I try to import the Owner.  No matter what I try it doesn’t work with what was exported as Owner from a GI with the SOOrder DAC as the source. When exporting it shows the name rather than the numeric ID. I worked out it will work if I can give the numeric ID for the Owner but I can’t find how to get that out using a GI. If you have any ideas I’d be happy to hear them, Phil

Hello Everyone, Is there a way we can specify the period for the Inventory Balance report? Thank you.  Kind regards,mrivera67

When we tried to upload the file to the Document Detail tab under the sales order entry window, it only uploaded up to 1000 items. So is that the maximum line item we can enter in any single sales order entry? And do we have any alternatives that we can exceed 1000 line item in one single order? Sometimes we have a large order that might have thousand and thousand of BOM (Bill of Material).. In addition, we experienced tremendous of slowness when the sales order has reached about 1000 line items. For example, it might take us 3 minutes to update the pricing for one single line item or just change the characters of the stock item description.. it really create a bottleneck for our operation efficiency.

Upgraded to 2021R2 and running through full resync of relevant entities - Sales Category → Stock Item → Non Stock Item → Template Item. Got to Product Availability, and encountered a new error I’ve not previously seen: Error: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.Parameter name: IdentifyNoteIDSteps: Ran a ‘Full’ Prepare request for Product Availability Entity (previous automation schedules inactive since just prior to cutover to new release). Attempt to Process records. Encountered error above. The records do not appear to fail (ie, do not move to a failed or aborted status in Sync History), but just remain in the ready to process queue. I’ve approached this from both the prepare/process screens and from the sync history screen, and keep encountering the same error. Acumatica Trace from this screen:Right now I don’t have a means to reconcile product availability since our cutover 72 hours ago, which is problematic.

Hi,The T200 series of documents states that you should be able to step into Acumatica code in debug mode using Visual Studio if you have installed Debugger tools.  Specifically:The install program I used to setup a local instance of Acumatica didn’t have any Install Debugger check box and I think as a consequence when I attempt to step into Acumatica code called from my customisation code, Visual Studio steps right over the function (ie. I can step through my own customization code but not the Acumatica code).  Screen shots of the install program used are as follows:I select Deploy New Application Instance, thenClick Next,Click Next,Click Next,Click Next,Click, NextClick Next,Click Finish, and the Install proceeds to an installation complete dialog box.No where along the process is there a check box to Install Debugger Tools.  What Am I missing?  Is there a difference between an Acumatica install and an MYOB install?  My current understanding is that these are the same things but with

It’s important for a number of clients to get confirming of price and delivery from the vendor and not allow receipt of goods with confirming the PO.  Manually you could keep the PO on hold or add something to the workflow.  Does anyone know of a way to “force” the vendor to confirm the PO perhaps some integration to DocuSign or Adobe sign that could communicate back the customer that the vendor has received and confirmed the PO.  The vendor of course could offer a different price and/or delivery,

Fail to   get customer address via Api ,  when i checked the endpoind I found entity properties “Address” has yellow exclamation point .Please help.

I have a GI, Shipment Details, that is driven off SOShipment, SOShipLine, and SOOrder to shows each line of a shipment and its corresponding order. It is currently serving its primary function, but I would to get more out of it by reporting the number of distinct/unique shipments there are.Is there a way to do a distinct/unique count in the GI results grid? I know this can be done easily through a pivot table, but my goal is to have this information right at the bottom of the GI results grid by using the Total Aggregate Function. Having it hear saves that extra click and load time that pivot tables inevitability have.Another way of phrasing this is, does anyone have an equations that will count a shipment number once?My first idea was to divide 1 by the number of lines on a shipment. When added back up each shipment would equal 1 and all of them would give me the shipments count.

After setting new prices for template items in the vendor price worksheet, the vendor price for the variants of the template item will not get updated. I can’t figure out if this is a bug or a feature.

Hi, There is a requirement need to issue Inventory items for appropriate projects.But there are few resistance we faced and the following steps we mention what our requirement should be.(01). Create a Project with Track by Project Quantity and cost. (02). Under the Cost budget tab we have created a Task and cost codes. (03). Created a PO with appropriate Project. Mentioned Project, Project Task, Cost code.This PO is not showing committed Column as well. We did not attach the projects to Locations in Initial configuration.  (04). Enter Receipt to Warehouse Location.User practice is need to Receipt to Head office and then Transfer to Project Locations.Ex. As mention example, we receipt to Head office Location. Qty = 50Unit Cost = 100    Then User need to Transfer to Site Location. Ex: We Transfer to Site Location as follows.   Now User need to Issue the Items, Appropriate Exact Cost Codes.Ex. They need to Transfer this to Different Task and Cost Cods. Because The people who Creating the

I have two variables (_approvalBase & _approvalLast) both of the same type but they should be keeping different values. But when I assign value to one, another one changes too. Why?dialogData = RoutingPanelDialogData.Current;EPApproval _approvalBase = SetApproval(Base, approvalBase, dialogData, EPStatuses.Approved, PXDBOperation.Update);EPApproval _approvalLast = SetApproval(Base, approvalLast, dialogData, EPStatuses.Skipped, PXDBOperation.Insert);

There are only 2 choices to show available  for the web store.  My client would prefer that negative available is ignored and factored into the calculations. In the example below, they want to see 10.This is an example I set up and tested with the store setting for Availability Mode for Available and Available for Shipping.When set to Available the store shows a qty of 8 When set to Available for Shipping it shows 20  If I allocate the sales order for the 10 pieces it changes to either 8 or 10.  Generally, we do not set the sales orders to allocate because it ties up inventory you could use for orders with earlier ship dates.  Unfortunately, there is no way to allocate orders based on date.

Hello guys One of my selector field can’t inserting data in the field. when I selected data it’s disappearing from the field. suggest me guysThanks

I would like to modify the Inventory ID lookup on AP301000 to pull from the Project Cost Budget on PM301000.  The only values which would be in the lookup would be the Inventory ID’s assigned to the Project Task.

Hi, Does anyone have a generic inquiry I can use to calculate Paid to Date (with ability to view a range of time)?I have been attempting to calculate Paid to Date for our Billings Cost Recap.  I can use the Invoices and memos to calculate a “real time” paid to date (doc amount - Balance = Amount Paid to Invoice). To get this in a date specific manor, I am attempting to use ARRegister & ARAdjust to be able to link the payment amounts to specific projects BY PERIOD.  I have not been successful and would appreciate guidance to producing a paid to date that can be used for historical periods. The amounts must be Project specific.  *I am surprised that Paid To Date is NOT an “out of box” report for the Construction edition. * Please reach out with any questions if you need more information to advise.

Hey all, We are seeing an issue in 2021 R1 where if an order comes in with a future date, it messes up the sort order on the Allocation Details screen.  Because the sort doesn’t take into account the date, it just sorts by order number and so you have 3 orders together in the list but the middle one has a date 3 months in the future so users are accidentally printing pick lists for orders that don’t need to be filled.  The way that Acumatica returns the filterable ResultRecords dataset, it re-populates the list every time a filter is selected.  Trouble is that the CalculateResultRecords that it uses to filter the Result Records is protected.  I have tried overriding the ResultsRecords sort but it doesn’t get applied.  Can anyone help me figure out what is the right way to override the sort on this?

I need to programmatically tie an email to a Case. The code I have makes some kind of association, because the email will display in the Case activities. However, the email ‘Related Entity’ field remains blank. Here’s my code:Base.CurrentMessage.SetValueExt<CRSMEmail.refNoteID>(email, taxCase.NoteID);email = Base.CurrentMessage.Update(email);Base.Actions.PressSave();In the database, the field is being correctly set, but the UI does not reflect the change.

Some financial reports in Acumatica use the COA order value in the chart of account for sorting. One of this is the Trial balance summary and detail reports. Do you know where I can modify it? I have Expenses and Revenue accounts with COA Order 3 so revenue accounts print after expenses. This because having the same COA order and Expense alphabetically before Revenue.

Hi all - does anyone consolidate entities whihc are not 100% owned and how do yu deal with non-controlling interests?
