I added replenishment to a handful of codes.  When MRP ran this week it is now showing replenishment class for purchase and subcontracting.  My company hasn’t used Acumatica before for replenishment and we are trying to get this implemented.  I checked stock items, item class and Item warehouse details and all 3 of those say replenishment class is purchased.  Is there another place that would need to be changed?  I am not wanting anything to show up for subcontracting replenishment class.

Hi All, I am looking for a way to have set pre-defined reasons for rejection drop down box on the rejection reasons for Project quotes etcGenerally when a project quote gets to the approval phase, you reject the project quote and have to type in a reason for rejection. Is there a way to have a drop down selection to choose from? Thank you

I created a drop-ship PO which has two SOs associated with it.PO has 7 items and SOs has 4&3.When I link either SO of 4 or 3 items, then go to the other remaining SO, the PO doesnt appear in the PO Link menu,it works fine when it not linked. Is this a limitation of drop ship functionality?

After avoiding eye contact with the matter for the last 19 months, we finally decided to start utilizing the UOM functionality in Acumatica. It has been about as easy as teaching a goldfish to speak Spanish. We chose the first item - a product which ships in Master Cases of (12) twelve displays. Each Display contains (20) Pieces. We have multiple companies set up in Acumatica. The main company is a wholesale operation, the others are a chain of retail stores. When the wholesale operation BUYS the product in question, we buy it in Master Cases. When the wholesale operation SELLS the product in question, we sell it in Displays. When the retail operations BUY the product in question, they buy it in Displays. When the retail operations SELL the product, they sell it in Piece. We have been able to get the Default Order UOM and Default Sales UOM set up, but we just discovered that when we place this item on a Sales Order and then create a corresponding Shipment/Pick List, the Sales Order correct

Hi All,I want to add a step approval  when there is a difference between unit price between 2 screens the system will send email   If u have any idea, pls advice me.Thanks in advanced.

Thank you.

I have added a new “Check/Giro Number” field in Journal Transaction through this following code.namespace PX.Objects.GL{    public class BatchExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.GL.Batch>    {        #region UsrCheckGiroNbr        [PXString(11)]        [PXUIField(DisplayName="Check/Giro Number")]        public virtual string UsrCheckGiroNbr { get; set; }        public abstract class usrCheckGiroNbr : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<usrCheckGiroNbr> { }        #endregion    }}I want to show this field in ARPayment so I add an DAC extension#region UsrCheckGiroNumberprotected virtual void _(Events.RowSelecting<ARPayment> e){   ARPayment row = (ARPayment)e.Row;   if (row == null)   {        return;   }   using (new PXConnectionScope())   {     ARRegisterExt rowExt = row.GetExtension<ARRegisterExt>();     usrCheckGiroNbr item = SelectFrom<BatchExt>         .Where<BatchExt.usrCheckGiroNbr.IsEqual<@P.AsString>>         .View.Select(Base, row.usrCheckGiroNbr

I have a customer color.  I open STYLE and go to this screen and get the custom color and then ADD TO CUSTOM COLORS where it populates.  The only problem is that it does not stay there.  When I create a new box and open the color options this Custom Color is no longer available.  I can’t even find a way to set a color to be reused in the templates.  Am I expecting too much?  Do I have to enter in a new color each and every time I create a box? I also noticed that if I select multiple boxes to set a background color for all of them and am using a custom color it does not work either.  HELP!

Hi everyone,My name is Mike and located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I recently decided to learn Acumatica but, as you can imagine, as a newcomer, I'm facing a 'few' challenges with downloading, installing and running sample demo of Acumatica on my computer, etc. I got access to all the installation guides available BUT I think it’s time that I speak with a live person who can help me remotely. Anyway, I finally got Acumatica 2022 R1 going but I cannot load the U100 Tenant (Error message: Package version ‘22.202.0040’ differs from application version 22.104.0012). I'd really like to speak with an Acumatica installer who can help me to upload the training tenant material and stuff. I appreciate any suggestions. Here's my contact info:email: Mike@MikeT.caCell: 604-817-1970Thank you and all the best.Mike

Does anyone else have their business event not fully creating extra long ACH Remittance reports before creating the email? This only happens to one of my vendors report which typically runs 7-17 pages long. None of the other vendors have an issue (they are only 1-2 pages long). Is there an underlying processing time, line, or page limit on the Process payments / print checks screen?

We need some help with the following issue:  We have items in Acumatica that we have sold the last one, and made inactive in Acumatica.  We have set up our Acumatica-Big Commerce Connector to make such inactive items not appear on our Big Commerce Website.  The items still show up on our Big Commerce website.  We are confused why the items are still showing up on our Big Commerce site.

I’d like to use the “Create Sales Order” action in an Import Scenario on drop-ship purchase orders. Here’s the process flow I’m trying to make work:Create drop-ship PO, enter PO line(s), save the PO Use Business Event to trigger an Import Scenario based on newly inserted record Import Scenario accesses the newly created PO record and does a “<Action: Remove Hold> (ReleaseFromHold)” step. This is working. Import Scenario performs “<Action: Create Sales Order> (CreateSalesOrder)” step, fills in Sales Order Type of “SO”, and selects OK to close dialog box, create the Sales Order, and enter the SO Type/number/line into the associated reference fields on the drop ship PO line. This is NOT working. ***I need help w this step.*** Import Scenario puts the PO back on hold using “<Action: Hold> (PutOnHold)”. This is working (when I inactivate the mapping lines related to #2 above). Import Scenario checks the box for “SO Linked” -- I cannot find an Action for this.  I only se

Hello everyone,The bank we are working with requires a Batch Sequence letter. For example, if there were 5 batches exported and uploaded to their ACH portal, the first batch would have letter A, the second letter B etc. The catch is it resets every day, thus the next day if there are 6 batches, the first batch would upload again with letter A.We are using the standard Export PR Payment to ACH scenario with ACHExportProviderDL. My thoughts are to add another field to the schema which would represent the one character. The problem I am having trouble with is getting a formula to look at both the date and the batch sequence for that date. Does this seem possible to do?Thanks

Hi,I am trying to add an attachment option to the inventory screen on the mobile app however when I add in an option to Update IN202500 I do not get a preview and I get this error Can't find entity with key 'IN202500' in current context.I can update other screens like SO301000 without issue so does anyone have an idea why inventory items is giving this message?

Status of scanned material moves is "Balanced", we want them to be "Released" so we don’t have to go in and release these manually.Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am trying to figure out how to look at the landed costs for a stock item.We can see the Inventory value but we cannot see ‘how’ these values were determined.I’m looking for a query or report that would list an item’s cost history, it’s receipts, whether or not the cost came from the purchase, whether or not the cost came from a landed-cost entry, etc.  Can anyone point me in a direction or give the the DAC’s that might be involved in creating a Generic Inquiry so that we could get at that level of data?Thank you,Mike

The log shows reason code column but how do you enter the reason code for any of the inventory scan transactions?

Hi All,When I create a Material Transaction for a Production Order type that has the following settings, all materials in the system still show up, yet I just get an error. Is there some setting in the system that gets rid of all materials in the Selection Box that are not on the Production Order BOM?It seems just odd especially when the Production Ticket is not being utilized as a source of what material was used.Any suggestions or just not possible?Production Order Type settings:   View in Materials Transaction:

Hello,I have 2 DH running very well on one server for my client, but I do run into some issues when the Application Pool (IIS) recycles, Acumatica restarts, but sometimes it takes longer than 30 seconds to come up again. My client works 24 hrs. a day, and they are calling at very odd hours because DH hangs due to this issue. First, let me show you what they are getting and how everything ties: 1- This is the error from DeviceHub: ([Printer] [Error] Hub connection was closed with System.TimeoutException error: Couldn't reconnect within the configured timeout of 00:00:30, disconnecting.. Could some one know how to schedule Regenerate MRP daily (every 7:00pm), I have done the schedule setting but is not working.

I have a report that I want to restrict users to access only based on the user that is logged in.  The report will contain payroll information and I only want the employee that is logged in to be able to access their information.  I’m looking for a similar function to the Pay Stubs screen (PR405000) that comes out of the box.  Is there anyway to use a filter in the report or a parameter in a GI to restrict the user to only see their information?

How to add field Unapplied balance out of the screen Check & PaymentI added using Generic Inquiry but the figures don't come out right.

Hi everyone,i am having my processing form which is calling external API to collect the data, the thing is that my saving into database is working, but i would like to use the data to save into Leads, when i use var graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<LeadMaint>(); to create graph, i have created two DACs (one for the address and one CRLead) but i cannot insert them into database so that i can call “Actions.Save”...Can someone give me some guidence….

We are trying to update the “Meta Description” and the long “Description” for stock items by using import scenario.  However, all of the percentage number (ie. 10%, 20%, 100%) dropped the zeros in front of the % sign after imported.  For example, a description line has 20%, then it will only show 2% after the import is done; the same thing happens for 100%, only 1% left after the import.  Do we have to include any special character before the % in order for the zero(s) to stay when using import scenario?  Thanks...
