Specified reasons for rejection on Project Quotes etc

Hi All,

 

I am looking for a way to have set pre-defined reasons for rejection drop down box on the rejection reasons for Project quotes etc

Generally when a project quote gets to the approval phase, you reject the project quote and have to type in a reason for rejection. Is there a way to have a drop down selection to choose from?

I LOVE your idea and I think it should be posted in the Ideas section of this community!  Similar to Reason Codes in Inventory, ability to choose from a lookup will make rejections more efficient.

  • Pre-defined Rejection Codes could be supplied by Acumatica rejection codes, as well as
  • Ability to add our own specific Rejection Codes
  • Extra comments might be optional.

There are a few rejection-related ideas, ability to type a reason when rejecting.
