Solved

I was told that it can be done though a process Form.  I have tried to do that in my last question and it is not working.  Can I schedule an Action on a Form, or a little clearer how do call that action from the process button on a process form? If I can do the last then I know I can schedule the process button action.

When trying to copy a project template, we are getting “Any unsaved changes will be discarded.” when trying to save the template and by doing so, the entire template is wiped out. We used to be able to copy project templates, but it is not working now. We are on 21R2.Any ideas what would have happened that is blocking that functionality?

Hi, I am trying to customize the standard report CA Register Detailed (CA624500.rpx). I am trying to get the line details in Transaction Details tab of the Transactions form (CA304000) to the report. We have a custom report based on the Invoices form where data needs to be picked to the report footer to show a summary of the line items. The Inventory ID field has an Attribute called HSCODE in the Inventory Form (there are 4-5 fixed HSCODES)Based on this information if the line items of the invoices have the same HSCODE for different inventory items, we should cumulate their totals, but if the separate lines have different UOMs we should show that as well. What would be the best approach to achieve this result? The expected result would be something like this in the footer section.

We are setting up our construction program to track labor hours on the jobs.  We are going to be using a labor cost rate to accrue the cost of the payroll.  We run payroll bi-weekly using a third-party to process.  We will export the hours along with the job info to a spreadsheet to upload to our third-party.  They will run the payroll and send us a GL download of the actual costs on a per job basis that we will import in to Acumatica to get the actual labor costs to the projects. If we set it up to accrue to the labor cost on the job and have an offsetting liability account how to we reverse the accrual when we import the actual labor costs from the third-party or account for the difference in the accrual vs actual?TYIA!

Trying to get a GI that shows the requested period trial balance with subaccounts.     Managed to devise one but it only shows the nominal account/subaccount if there has been movement in the selected period.   Has anyone managed to create one successfully that could share the details

Hi guys, I have a GI listed ending balance for current assets and current liabilities accounts by period. To create a dashboard KPI weights based on this GI, I need to create a filter for current month. Is there a way to define that “FinPeriodID = Current Period” ? Or is there a way to convert FinPeriodID to Month or Date? Because I know I can do a formula on filter for Month and Date, but not Period. :(

Hi, I have 2 relevants question related to timetracking: is there any way to prevent time tracking two to three weeks back? What if the timesheet has been released,  and then we wanted to add additional hours to that week? is it possible? Thanks!

Hello,Sometimes operations are completed out of order on a production order.  Assuming the production order’s operations are numbered 10, 20, 30, etc…. I give the following example. If I say I completed operation 40, Acumatica then marks operation 10,20 and 30 as completed as well.  It does this even if they are not marked as backflushed. If I make operation 30 a control point, I will get an error when I try to report a completion on 40.However, I legitimately want to report a completion on 40.  And not have operations 10, 20 or 30 record the completion since I just did operation 40 only. There is no way in Acumatica to report against operations out of order is there? Thanks!Larry

I have code to access a graph on a process from, nothing interesting about that because every process for does that.  But I am trying to call an Action Button on the Graph and seem to have a problem referencingI am trying graphreference..ActionsMenuItem.PressButton.TemplateName()or graphreference..ActionsMenuItem.Press.TemplateName()ofgraphreference..Actions.TemplateName() and No dice. These seem to reveal the local (process) forms Actions

Does anyone know of a configuration option (or an app that we can integrate with Acumatica) where users can record their time on a real time basis i.e. start and stop a timer when they are working on a specific task? Many thanks!
