I’m looking to see if the Bill To Address on a Sales Order can reflect the Address of a Contact or a Location without using code. Thoughts?

The customer of our client pay bulk amount for multiple invoices. The customer also include list of invoices (in excel) that are paid and how much of each invoice paid. Some are overpaid, some match, some are underpaid. The client needs to be able to apply the overpayment to an invoice so that they can track which invoice that has been paid more than it should be. Is there a way to do that without creating one payment application per invoice?

My team wants a report to show how many emails a customer service rep responds to a day from cases created from our website’s support page, not cases a rep would create on their own.  My plan is to make a GI that has case id’s, and created by, then the emails within those cases which I can filter by rep later, but I’m having a hard time finding the relation between a case and the emails in the case. Does anyone have a good join for this?

Hi all, This is my first import scenario and I’m missing something simple but fundamental. We’re transitioning to MRP shortly and need to do a mass update of many different screens. One of the things that will need to be updated is our units of measure need to be consolidated. As a test in our sandbox, I exported all items (421) with the Base UOM of EACH, and I would like to update it to EACH* (an easy identifier that I can switch back).I’ve set my data provider and import scenario, and when I prepare and import in import by scenario it processes and I see a green pop up that everything was successful. However, when I go into stock items I see that the Base UOM field has not been updated. Here are my screens: The spreadsheet is .xlsx with one sheet/tab named ‘Data’ and two columns. The provider and provider object look good… but I think my mapping is off.I want the mapping to be if “Inventory ID = InventoryCD, then replace the value in General → Unit of Measure Base Unit with the value

Hello, Is there a way to have Acumatica field service orders respect the discount structures in Acumatica the way a sales order would. The scenario is this:We have setup a discount structure for customer price class and item price class. This of course works in sales order. But it seems that service management does not respect discounts on stocking item. Does anyone know of a work around?

Like in above image we have created a custom screen for proforma invoices. When we click the print report button in the top right it creates a print report wizard as follows. In this we want to email a copy of this Pro forma Invoice report to the relevant customer when click the SEND button in the top. But when we click the SEND button we want to auto pick the customer’s email address for the “To” section of the Email Activity section without picking it manually. So guys, can you give me some guidance me to accomplish this scenario? Thank you.

Hi,I do not do any transactions in acumatica but I am part of the support team (we just started using acumatica). I am wondering is there a documention per module I can read on so I would know the workflow (like, what goes first- SO, shipments, invoice), then what’s next. Or what Sales team are coordinating with Inventory staff and Accounting staff for. I know this is very generic, but I’d appreciate any idea that could help me have a little glimpse to how they work. Any documentation would be fine. Thanks!

Hi,I created a new Generic Inquiry window using Px.Objects.EP.EPEmployee, Px.Objects.EP.EPTimeCard. And set the Employee ID as a parameter without default value and not from schema. Then created a Dashboard using this GI window. Owner role: DashboardDesigner set Employee ID as a parameter without default value and not from schema.  Then designed the dashboard with widgets as below figure.  After logged as a user who is an administrative employee and run the dashboard. Initial load the employee id is filtering based on logged user’s employee id. Removed the employee id from the filter parameter box and select a new employee. But the widgets are not loading correctly. My customer is using the Easypost integration successfully with UPS and USPS.  When using Fedex Ground, and shipping to a business, all is well.  When using Fedex Home Delivery, the address must be specified as ‘Residential Address’ in Acumatica.  Fedex is saying the passing of this flag should be “TRUE” or “FALSE”, and Acumatica is passing a “1” or “0” instead.  This is causing the shipment to not confirm and error out with “Carrier Service returned error.  FedEx: Rate is not available.” Has anyone experienced this?
