Hi, I created a GI trying to get the customers that are over the days past use. I am then trying to calculate the number of days past the Credit Due days of the oldest invoice. The data is displaying the way I expected it to. My issue is that I cannot apply a GI filter on the Day Past Credit Grace Period. If I enter 120, nothing appears even though in the All records tab, there are records that meet this requirement. These are the fields that I am using for the calculations. Thank you in advance. Bill

Hi! May I ask how can we close AP transactions where in:The Company is issuing check payable to cash (through checks and payments module) to employee in order to buy goods/services After the employee’s purchase, he will liquidate the cash with the corresponding receipts, sometimes there is an excess amount or short amount. AP transaction should be recorded under the actual vendor where purchase was made,(not under the employee). How can we properly record and close these kinds of transactions.Thank you in advance!

Hi all, I am trying to make a GI to show the top 100 customers by sales numbers. I think the easiest way to do this is to modify the Sales Profitability Analysis Detailed report to make it summarized. For example, I would like to add all of the line items for the same customers together to get a net sale number for the customer, and only show each customer once. How would I go about doing this? Thanks all for the help!

I want to get PXSelector Order Number value For Line Nbr Filter, that order number is only in view not db can i do that?with this code lineNbr is empty or doesn't display data Please Help Me

There is only one option to generate conditional waivers on AP check printing, need to be able to select generate conditional lien waivers when the bill is entered, this makes most sense to clients that require a conditional and unconditional lien waiver.  Please expedite this as it is a deficiency in this module.

We have a product order that calls for Material Subassembly A.  Subassembly A calls for Component Part B.  We created the product order and also created linked child order for Subassembly A.  MRP has a demand line for Component Part B coming from Subassembly A AND from the product order (MRP must have created this demand item by blowing through the BOM).  MRP is not recognizing that Component Part B is already demanded on the child order, so now we’re doubling up demand for Component Part B.

Can someone suggest a way to use Acumatica “Opportunities” for our situation.  We know how much a customer or prospect spends on supplies in a year.  We want to create an “opportunity” for the yearly amount the customer or prospect will spend with all suppliers.  For expample, a customer will spend $50,000 per year with all suppliers.  We want to create a $50,000 “opportunity” and then as we write invoices throughout the year, we could see “how much” of the $50,000 “opportunity” we are getting.  For example, if by June we wrote 5 invoices for $5,000 each, we would see we captured $25,000 of the $50,000 opportunity.  Is this possible to do with Acumatica “opportunities”?

I am new to this financial report designer.  We are still setting up the system. I can’t figure out why my report results show only zeroes, when I try to input a formula into a column set to show me each line item’s % of total income.  In the Row Set (below) row 0102 is my total Project Income.  I want to show Gross Margin as a % of income.  Eventually, I want to show each income line as a % of total income and each cogs line as a % of total COGS.I am not sure if I have the row sets set up properly, but I do have a base row code which is total income. So, I’m trying to use the “value” field in the column set to divide the row by the base row, but I keep getting an error. What is the correct formula for the value field?  Is something else setup incorrectly in either set to make this work?COLUMN SET ROW SET  Result if I try a validated, but apparently incorrect formula in the Value field on the Column Set:

All, I’ve recently take on Acumatica support at my company and was told that some time back, an Acumatica update broke the @me filter in our dashboards. Then I found this:Here’s the drilldown… do I jut need to change OwnerID_description to OwnerID? from the GI results gridThanks!

We have “restriction groups by branch” in place.  We have the “access role” configured on our branches.  And yet, all our users can see projects for all branches.  This is not the case in other modules.  I see another similar post here, and it doesn’t look like it was resolved there either.  Is this a known bug?  Acumatica 2021 R2Build 21.215.0016

I am testing moving a site to a new location due to drive space constraints.I created a site Test2 on the old location.I copied the site files to my new location.I updated the web config file in VS to my new location as well as the virtual folder path in IIS.The site works fine.  I can even publish a customization to it.In addition, to ensure it isn’t a security issue, I set permissions to the new location by adding Everyone and granting full control. However, in the Application Maintenance screen of the installer, it still references the old location.Where can I edit this information so that the installer sees the real location?  I cannot find any references to the old location in the site. You can see the new location is updated in IISThe application pool also shows the new location

Hello,The AP Aging report has only 3 period buckets.(AP631000)  These are given values in AP preferences.I want to modify the report to print more period columns. As I look at the report in Report Designer, I see the values reference fields I cannot find in the tables.  These appear to be variables, but I cannot find them.Is it possible to modify the AP aging to report a couple more columns for additional periods? Can anyone explain what this value is referring to?Thanks!

I want to create a copy of a generic inquiry that exists (OOTB) within our implementation.  Acumatica 2022 R2, Build 22.205.0026.  Construction Edition.  The inquiry is within the Services module and is named “Appointment Summary.”  It has the screen ID of FS400100.  Within the Services module, the title shows under Inquiries, as you would expect.  The inquiry opens when selected and presents the expected form and results (the OOTB inquiry).  To attempt to create a copy that I can edit, I navigated to Customization, Generic Inquiry.  When I select the magnifying glass to perform a lookup of the desired title “Appointment Summary,” no such inquiry exists.  I’ve attempted using “appoint,” “app,” “FS,” “Summary,” “40.01.00,” and anything else I could think of.  I cannot find this inquiry.  I do get results in the lookup, just not containing the inquiry I’m looking for.  I have made certain my view displays every available result by enlarging the search results form or walking through each

I have created a customization project with a new generic inquiry, new screen, popup window with a smart panel, new tables in db, and with a newly created report. Please take a look below. Now I want to fully migrate this customization project build to a test environment with inserted data. Please give me some guidance. Thank you.Generic Inquiry viewNew screenPopup windowCustom report

I can not change the default address on a customer record or vendor record. The override check box does not actually override the record when you try to print a copy of the invoice.  We have been creating new customer accounts and new vendor accounts when needing to update a new record.  Any suggestions on what we are not doing correctly? Thank you in advance for your help,Lisa Z.
