Can you report on operations expense at a warehouse level or does it need to be a branch in order to meet the requirement. I am referring to capturing and reporting non product cost, like your payroll, building maintenance etc. We are trying not to have move sub accounts to keep it simple on the number of accounts and activities to be configured.

Is it possible to change a label of a particular screen without changing related labels in other screens. EX scenario :Changing only warehouses (IN204000) description label to Spanish(Argentina) without changing related other screens description labels in SO301000,IN504000 .. screens Used Version 23.108.0020 FYI: I tried but I couldn't make it.Any one have a idea to achieve it?able to change warehouse description labelsales orders description label also changed

Hi, In the old PC Bennett payroll there was an option for setting up and sending direct deposit paystubs via email. I do not think this exist in the new Acumatica payroll. My question is, has anyone created such a thing and can offer some advice on how to set it up? Thanks, Bob

I have a customer that I cannot publish ANY customizations for. (This is on my development server.)I have 12 different customers running on this server. All of them are fine. However, when I try to publish ant customizations for one particular customer, I get errors.Here is the process:I backup the customer’s database using SQL Server Backup and restore it to my local SQL Server. I create a new Application Instance using AcumaticaConfig.exe, attaching it to an existing database (done in step 1) I start up the application in IIS I go to the customizations page, and of course all customizations are unpublished I try to publish ANY of them -- even the Acumatica Github Customizations (eg PXLineCostForAccrue) -- ANYTHING, and I get this error:[2023-08-24 19:01:46.663] Compiled projects: PXLineCostForAccrue[07.17.23][2023-08-24 19:01:46.720] Validation started.[2023-08-24 19:01:46.766] Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage.StorageException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. ---&

According to Avalara's documentation, all ERPs must have an option to disable document recording so that, when an invoice is released, it doesn't get added as a transaction in Avalara. Does anyone know how to engage this feature in Acumatica?https://developer.avalara.com/erp-integration-guide/sales-tax-badge/design-document-workflow/option-to-disable-document-recording/ Background:I’m importing orders from my online store which is integrated with Avalara. Some orders are paid for in the store and some are invoiced for in Acumatica, so it simplifies things to let the store record the document in Avalara. When I import the orders, I need the sales tax to match what was charged. The best solution to this I can think of is to have Avalara just do another calculation for imported orders but to not create a transaction in Avalara at the invoicing stage as that would duplicate our tax liability.I also tried creating a tax zone that allows for tax to be added manually. There are 2 issues I’ve

Can Acumatica be configured to display time in a 24 hr (military time) format?

We often create backorders since we try to ship out whatever we can as soon as we can. Our shipping software, V-Technologies StarShip, pulls the Declared Value from the CuryOrderTotal field. The problem is that since we’re not shipping the entire order, the declared value is too much. And its the same situation when we send out the backordered items since it still pulls from CuryOrderTotal. This causes the declared value, and therefore, the shipping insurance to be higher than it should be. Has anyone else run into this and how do you solve it? At the very least we’d like to be able to notify our shipping team what the correct declared value should be on the backorder so they can change it in StarShip. I tried to do some calculations in the Pick List form to display it but it never worked consistently.

Hello,I have 2 extensions fields on the Project page. One is a checked box and the other is a date field. I am trying to set it up so that when the checkbox is checked, the current date is populated into the date field. When the checkbox is cleared, I want the date field to be cleared as well. I have this functionality working on another form but it is custom tables and not extensions. Here is my code protected void _(Events.FieldUpdated<ContractExtDS.usrInstalled> e) {        var row = e.Row;         //I don’t think that it is getting past this line, but I can’t figure it out           if(!(bool)(e.Cache.GetValueExt<ContractExtDS.usrInstalled>(row)))        {          e.Cache.SetValueExt<ContractExtDS.usrInstallationCompletedDate>(row, DateTime.Now);        }        else        {          e.Cache.SetValueExt<ContractExtDS.usrInstallationCompletedDate>(row, null);        }}

When upgraded last year to 2022R2, we found a new Side Panel in the SO screen show up to view Invoice & Memos of the customer that you are working with in the SO, but it constantly spins and never opens.  Tested in our sandbox as well, with no customizations applied, and it doesn’t work there either.If you try to view the Action in Customization Project Editor it won’t even let you open the Properties of the Action--it’s just blank (see screen shot).  Is this just a corrupted feature?  Anyone else seen this, or more importantly found a resolution?

I want to create a custom field using the [Inventory] attribute so that I get the selector and it is all sorted out for me.  I don’t want it to be PXDBInt.  I want it to be a virtual field of type PXInt.        #region UsrModEquipTempID        [Inventory]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Model Equipment")]        public int? UsrModEquipTempID { get; set; }        public abstract class usrModEquipTempID : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<usrModEquipTempID> { }        #endregionIf I put [PXInt], it causes a compiler error.  How can I do that?

HI,I am wanting to create a business event o send an email to all staff before a payrun is opened, the message will notify manager to approve all outstanding leave before the payrun is opened and processed.My question is, without a trigger (i.e opening the physical pay run) is there a way that I can do this in the acumatica platform?

Hello,I have an action that I would like to run as a process on a sales order. It’s really an ‘initialize’ action where I can do some validation while I save it. I have simplified the code to the base where I’m still getting the same behavior. Ultimately, I want to persist the record before I do any processing due to the way the system caches data on the tables/items I’m running calcs on. Can anyone tell me why when I execute this action (before initially saving) the system redirects me to a blank sales order? In order to find it again, I have to press the “Last” button to get back into it.  public PXAction<SOOrder> Test; [PXProcessButton(CommitChanges = true, Category = "Processing", Connotation = PX.Data.WorkflowAPI.ActionConnotation.Success)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Test")] protected IEnumerable test(PXAdapter adapter) { Base.Save.Press(); return adapter.Get(); }Alternatively, if I save manually before pressing th

Trying to find if there is an access right we can set to hide the project margin amount and percentage from the project header. While this information is helpful for our accounting and executive teams, we have employees who need access to projects, but don’t need to see in depth financial information. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or has anyone else wanted to do the same and found a workaround? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Family, I would like to ask, how do I dispose of an asset of vehicle type that has been written off and the period I want to dispose in was 11-2022? The vehicle received some funds from the insurance, more than what the car is worth now. I would like to ask what figures goes to the Proceeds amount field as the current cost of the asset has changed. Thank you in advance.

It show me like this when reload “ Incorrect syntax near ')' ”. I think my code is correctly but…here it is, please advice me[PXSelector(typeof(Search2<InventoryItem.inventoryID,LeftJoin<InventoryItem,On<InventoryItem.inventoryID,Equal<INItemCategory.inventoryID>>>,Where<INItemCategory.inventoryID.IsNull>>))]        protected virtual void _(Events.CacheAttached<INItemCategory.inventoryID> e)        { // Empty method        }

I have a customer who wants to see a report or inquiry on stock item usage over time.I don’t see a canned report/inquiry and I could create one, but I thought I would ask the group if they know of one before going down that path.Thanks!

Hello, I’m working on trying to recreate a report generated by our old ERP system called Job Cost Billing Summary. The main thing that I’m having trouble recreating is separating out the “Actual Costs” based on the section “Account Group” in Acumatica for each job within a set period of time. Our Account Groups are represented by letters L for Labor S for Subcontractor and so on.  I am basing the report off of existing Acumatica report 6540002 and have not added anything to the Schema from the base file. If anyone can help me figure out what I would need to enter and if I need any additional relationships so that I can have total actual costs for each group, I would be most appreciative.

Hi I am new to Acumatica. I would like to know how to pull all the Sales Quotes using the postman. If someone can provide a API signature i would be greatful.

Hello all, We will be using the api’s to create new stock items as needed. Does Acumatica have the ability to accept a PUT command to Stock Items with multiple records? Or should we just loop through the needed records and create them individually? Thanks

Hello Community,I have a scenario where I would be importing some invoices of the year 2019. Initially, I had defined 2020 as the first financial year in the system. So, now to import these invoices, I have shifted the first financial year to 2019, created periods, but i am not able to Generate Calendar nor even open the periods of the same year. Is there anything i am missing out here?  Thanks in Advance.
