Hello,         In order to dipslay both English and Chinese to customers on invoice, we put English and Chinese characters together on Item Description field like below:      Beef  牛肉       However, the space between them is not good enough for us to trim Chinese (Some customer does not read Chinese, it is not necessary).  So we want to put “//” between “beef ”and “牛肉”.        If there a quicker way to find out all item already with Chinese characters in Description?

Hello Community,I have been trying to get the details under the Attributes tab displayed in the Subcontract SF (SC641000) report. I Have added the following Text Box in the Report designer, but still the value isn’t getting displayed in the report:

Hi, I’m wondering on how to take out duplicate pages in Report Designer. Like for example in Acumatica it would duplicate the pages in the report. In total it’s 13 pages but 26 comes out. When I put it in PDF the pages would duplicate over four times. I don’t know how to fix this issue.

HI All,I am wondering is it possible to add email signature to the mail setting in Report Designer. Currently the email signature on the User Profile no longer automatically applied to the invoice when I am sending it via Invoice screen AR641000. It is only showing the text I have setup in Report Designer. Email signature only works If I use the Print Form screen and generate the invoice then send on that screen, which is strange as that screen would have been the same as the invoice card. I would want to avoid using email Template in Acumatica because I am not familiar with where to find the information. Kind regards,Calvin

I have a GI with INTran records. I don’t want the GI to include any records where the BuildingID of the SiteID is the same is BuildingID of the ToSiteID. Can I create a condition that will do that?

i am trying to add a filter in a GI,  Something is wrong with the filter related to the date.  It is returning 0 records.  If i remove the date filter it returns all records just fine.    What i really want it to do is to filter by current year.  Something related to the syntax in the date value?

Hello, the following code works in version 22.215.0056 but it doesn’t work in version 23.105.0016UploadFileMaintenance upload = PXGraph.CreateInstance<UploadFileMaintenance>();NoteDoc doc = upload.Select<NoteDoc>().First(x => x.NoteID == fromNoteID);if (doc == null) return; //no file attached - exitGuid g = ToGuid(doc.FileID); //this just converts guid? to guidPX.SM.FileInfo sourceFile = upload.GetFile(g);In the older version upload.the GetFile method works and returns the details of the file to the sourceFile variable. In the new version the GetFile method always returns null. I’ve checked the guid and the file I would like to access does exist in the UploadFile table. Is there a new way to access files in the newer versions for Acumatica?ThanksSteve

We are in the process of converting over from Macola/Synergy and some if not most of our items are in Acumatica cloud tables. I am attempting to find where the customers item numbers may be so that is included on an invoice as that is a requirment by the customers.

Hi, we are currently implementing Acumatica and are trying to figure out the best way to manage sales taxes. We have a very small 4 person accounting team. The maintenance that is required in Acumatica for sales taxes seems like it could be a full time job. Can anyone shed some light on how much time it takes to manage the sales taxes through Acumatica without a product like Avalara? Has anyone used a partner besides Avalara or Vertex to manage sales taxes?

Is it possible to use a database text field on an embedded jpeg, png file showing an item label of one of our products? Rather than trying to create a label in Repoet Designer RBAR (Row By Agonizing Row) from scratch, we would like to try and embed a picture of the label, and using database text fields pull the data onto the image. So far, the only thing that has been accomplished is the label picture and the database text field have been put onto the “canvas” but the text field shows up as “behind” the picture label and both have red “X’s” on them showing that they are overlapped.

Hi, I have created some custom fields in the Invoices and Memos screen, and in the report designer, I can see that they appear in the ARInvoiceExt table, as shown below. However, when I go to include one of these in the report, nothing seems to appear. I also tried joining the ARInvoiceExt table to the ARInvoice table by RefNbr but that didn’t seem to help either. The custom fields on the right of the image below are what I am trying to pull through: What is the best way for me to get these custom fields to pull through in the report? Kind regards,Andrew

We occasionally send out mass emails to all of our customer contacts in Acumatica.  Let’s say were increasing our subscription pricing for example.  We have a separate system email account (XYZ@company.com) that we use for mass email so that if customers respond back to it or the automatic out of office replies come back, it does not flood our normal sales inbox with those emails, and they go back to the (XYZ@company.com) email account. With sending so many emails out at once, there is a lot of cleanup on those replies, and you have to go into each email and open it up to see if someone has responded, or if it is simply that they are out of the office.  Example, some respond that they are no longer with the company or they don’t want to receive these types of emails any longer.  We want to make sure if someone is no longer with the company we are inactivating their contact record and if they don’t want to be contacted, we aren’t sending them mass emails any longer.  The normal out of of
