Hey all,Error Msg on Sync: At least one GraphQL error has occurred. Error: Input size greater than 250.;I ran into this error originally on build 23.206.0006, now running 23.209.xxxx due to the replies on this thread mentioning a fix was implemented on 23.207.0025.Still running into the same error even on the newest build. I tried deleting the price list on Shopify and running prepare + sync again to no avail. It imports about half of our list and then errors out. It doesn’t appear to be an issue with Companies / Company Locations for us, as mentioned in the other thread above, as there aren’t very many companies associated to this Price List. Well under 250 companies / locations and ~4000 items on the Sales Price List. Please let me know if any other information would be helpful.

I recently made a journal entry to adjust beginning balances for a merger and when I ran the balance sheet the format looked off even though I made no changes to the format.  However, since the format looked off I went into the row set to see if I could see why and ended up adding a needed section for long-term liabilities.  However, none of the changes I was making would reflect on the balance sheet when I refreshed it.  And now I’m getting the following error and am unable to access the balance sheet at all.Any ideas?

I asked my Acumatca team how to customize reports and I was advised to watch course S150. But it has me downloading a file that I don’t have a program for. Wondering if the course is out of date? I tried searching in Acumatica ERP for report designer but nothing popped up. Thanks!

Hello,We have a business event that needs to send out email notifications when an inventory item reaches a certain age. The email should have all the items listed together - as opposed to sending out multiple emails. I currently have this business event set up:Business Event Fields to TrackEmail SubscriptionAs of now, if more than one row is inserted, it only adds one out of the two items to the email subscription. I’ve even tried adding multiple datafields to the table (as shown below) but it does not work. The expected Result should be something like this:Expected ResultHow can I achieve this? I appreciate any help or advice you can offer, thank you!@Naveen Boga, @lauraj46, @darylbowman, @kandybeatty49 - any ideas on how I can achieve this? thank you in advance!

Hi,I am trying to change the ID of an employee that has recently changed their last name, but the Change ID option is disabled. Is this a permissions issue or is there a different reason why this action could be disabled? The image below is a new test employee I created to see if it is initially active for new employees, but it is still disabled here as well.Let me know if you need any other information.Kind regards,Andrew

Thank you for reviewing my question.  Our customer would like to export Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, etc. directly to MS Word instead of PDF.  Has anyone been successful in doing this? Thank you in advance, Amy

Hello,I have a customer who would like a generic inquiry that presents the list of kit components like a BOM (i.e. a column for the parent id and a column with all of the components of that parent). The problem is that stock and nonstock components are in separate tables.Has anyone been successful with this?

Hi!I’ve edited the project profile name to say “Project Hub” similar to the construction presales engineer demo:I noticed this shows up fine in some areas but in other areas it shows up as the original name “projects” when i drill into a specific project, we noticed that it only says Projects, not Project Hub (the link works fine, just visually I would like to see the updated name): this is what it looks like in the construction golden demo video: Am i missing a step or is this done via customization? I appreciate your help in advance!

I created an import scenario with 1700 leads all but 155 imported fine but the last 155 won’t import I even moved them to a new sheet in the excel file and tried from there then it gave me an owner ID error so I tried clearing the owner so I could just enter it in mass later on but then the same issue happened again where it says success but the leads are not there. This is a search of one of the leads that should have imported

Hello,I’m wondering if the below screenshot from help.acumatica is a practical joke.  I cannot figure this out for the life of me, and cannot find a single article on it anywhere online except for this one tiny section.  So is there a way to consolidate orders by the same customer with same address or not?  Thank you

Hi,I create an audit task but seem not able to check the “active” box. Do anybody know the reason?Thank you.Raymond

I have a local instance set up with Sales demo data and in the projects dashboard, there is a jobsite camera (Truelook) but all it shows is a gray/black screen.  Is there an example where I could see what a job site camera would look like in the sales demo? Here’s what it looks like for me:

This article lists field changes in the endpoints for 24R1: https://help.acumatica.com/(W(2))/Wiki/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=b49d1af2-80a7-4271-b421-ab64173eead8 For the field highlighted below, I cannot find it in the 24R1 DAC schema browser. I am not knowledgeable of endpoints. Would appreciate advise!

Good afternoon. I would like to change the labels on these fields in the Items screen (and any other price related screens). I thought it was something with Translations, but I couldn’t find these fields anywhere in translations. I want to change MSRP to Retail, Default Price or Base Price to Our Price and then I want to add the MAP price block to the Price Management tab above MSRP.  I was hoping to accomplish this with out creating a customization project.

All,I have a GI row style for customers that works well. If a customer’s status is “One-Time”, the row is highlighted red:  =Iif ([Customer.Status] = 'T','red20', 'default')But, when selecting customers from a Dialog -- let’s say we’re entering a Sales Order -- we want a One-Time customer to also be highlighted red. As an example, the rows I highlighted should be formatted differently so our Customer Service agents can more quickly identify One-Time customers.Do I need to modify the Dialog: Specify New IDIn a customization project to achieve this? Thanks for any suggestions/pointers, this is all new to me! :D

Hi allI would like to print the GL Register detail report filtering by account number. When I tried, I filtered in the GLTran table but it only shows one line of the journal transaction. What I need is that the report shows the journal with all its lines if the policy contains the filtered account.Have you done something similar?Thank you.

This is almost a duplicate of this post https://community.acumatica.com/develop-customizations-288/make-certain-fields-editable-based-on-po-status-15192I’ve tried the suggestions on that post but it is not resolving my issue.I am trying to make two fields editable when the SO is CLOSED.  I’ve modified the Workflow as follows:I added code as well:namespace PX.Objects.SO{  public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.SO.SOOrderEntry>  {    #region Event Handlers    protected void SOLine_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e, PXRowSelected baseHandler)    {        baseHandler?.Invoke(cache, e);        var row = (SOLine)e.Row;        PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<FSxSOLine.sDSelected>(cache, row, true);        PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<SOLine.requestDate>(cache, row, true);    }    #endregion  }}The fields are still not editable.I am thinking that the update cache option for the SO Lines is disabled for a closed order.  If that is th

Hi,What does it mean when an vendor bill status is show as “Balanced”? Have the transaction been posted to the General Ledger?Thank you.Raymond

Hello all, Currently, sales orders for on hold/credit hold customers can not be entered. Is there way we can push orders through for customers with on hold status.Often times we would still like to send these orders through to production, as their hold status can usually be resolved by the end of the month. As it stands now, we’re often scrambling at the end of the month to get these orders produced and out the door in the remaining days to hit our end of month numbers. We will still have a hold on these orders and they would not ship until the hold is lifted; but if we could get them into production, the orders could ship as soon as the customer’s hold status was removed.I’m sure I can (not easily) develop a customization to handle this, but was wondering if there’s an easier way of accomplishing this. Thanks!
