For the price list is the item description longer than 250?

Nope, longest item description on the list is 82 and that is an outlier.

When you trace the error is there any additional info for the error?

@malaniz , I checked our code and I can confirm the issue in the following thread has been fixed(related to the size of CompanyLocations). The fixed version is 2023r207.

The issue that you mentioned I think it may relate to the size of fixed prices on a price list, we did some fixes in 2023r209 to paginate the fixed prices if it exceeds the 250 limitation, so for the fixed prices creation or update, it will not have this issue. But if there are existing fixed prices in Shopify side, and these fixed prices have been removed in Acumatica part, we will call the priceListFixedPricesDelete API to delete them, if the existing fixed prices size are greater than 250, it may cause this error as well. Your issue may relate to this, but currently I don’t have enough details info, my guess may be wrong. But I will review the whole code again to avoid the array limitation in all GraphQL APIs, and if you can provide more details, your help is very much appreciated.

I’ve deleted all catalogs from shopify, deleted the sync, and tried starting fresh on the price list sync. It gets through the same 2072 products before the input size error occurs.

Given the input size limitation, my “shot in the dark” guess is wondering how matrix items and their variants impact the input size and how they are split.
