Is there a way to change the default time for a Task from 12:15 am to 7:00 am?

Hi @jsudak 

The default time for a Task will take the current time and you can easily edit it.
If you want to edit this default time, I think customization is required.

    The default time for a Task will take the current time and you can easily edit it.
