When we create a SO from Sales Quote (QT) using the copy order option, I have noticed the Quote is updated to the Completed status. However, I was unable to find the Sales Order number anywhere on the Quote. Is there a way we can see the So number on the Quote itself. Thank you!

Hello, the following code snippet does not result in my new field being added to my inventory selector. This seems like a straightforward approach? namespace PX.Objects.IN{    public class InventoryItemExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItem>    {        #region UsrModelID        [PXDBString(125)]        [PXUIField(DisplayName="Model Number")]        public virtual string UsrModelID { get; set; }        public abstract class usrModelID : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<usrModelID> { }        #endregion    }    [PXNonInstantiatedExtension]    public class IN_InventoryItem_ExistingColumn : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItem>    {        #region InventoryCD        [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)]        [PXCustomizeSelectorColumns(        typeof(PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItem.inventoryCD),        typeof(PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItemExt.usrModelID),        typeof(PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItem.descr))]        public string InventoryCD { get; set;

Hi all,Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with being able to have one “parent” customer with multiple bill to’s?  We use the locations for having multiple ship to locations but am looking to be able to link multiple Bill To’s to one customer number.

I have an existing GI that works and pulls records correctly.  I wanted to use it as a base for another GI.  I tried copy and paste from the clipboard,  I tried saving it as a template and I tried copying it by recreating from scratch using the same tables, conditions etc but the new one pulls no records before I even made any changes. I am completely stumped.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  We are on 2025 R2

Our company has noticed on every screen, when entering a string into the search bar if they slow down typing even a little bit it will start the search halfway through entering. It seems ridiculously acellerated in 26R1 from our previous version. Is there a way to slow this down, give it at least 1.5 or even 2 whole seconds before it starts the search? (right now it feels like a quarter second or even less, some of our slower typists find it borderline unusable)

Hi,Does anyone have experience with Email Templates using ((Case.Description)) or ((Tasks.Body)) in the layout but the notification when sent is almost certainly treating ((Case.Description)) or ((Tasks.Body)) as plain text and lumping every thing that should be on separate lines together? Email Template using ((Case.Description))Case Description on a Case CR306000 which is prepopulated from the Workflow inside the customization project All Emails GI record shows the ((Case.Description)) is plain text / squashed together This started happening with 26R1 but it doesn’t happen on every Case/Task Email Template where ((Case.Description)) or ((Tasks.Body)) is being used.I tried to replicate it many times but can’t.

Hi, another beginner's question to you experts and if this is covered, my apologies and please direct me to the correct reference.  We have multiple tenants in our production environment.  I recently made change to a Genera Inquiry in one of the tenants and same change is not visible in other tenants? Do I have to make the change in each Tenant or there is an easier way to cascade the change down to other tenants? Thanks in advance.

I just created this KPI, and I’m trying to pull the OrigOrdeNbr to know the Original Owner. NOT the new ownerAll the records are pulling the OrderNbr Owner.Like the records below its showing 2 different OwnersI need help in finding out how to get to the OrigOrderNbr Owners.

Hi, I've setup a GI and a business event to send an email notification to all members of workgroup that there are POs waiting for their approval. It works fine but it sends an email notification for every PO made and approvers find it confusing. To avoid confusion, the new requirement is to send a daily blanket email instead of an email for each single order. To do that, I need to create a report and a business event to send it on schedule, but how do I set it up so that it sends the report separately per workgroup? For example, one email notification only to members of workgroup 1 and if the PO requires approval from workgroup 2, it only sends it to members of workgroup 2 and so on..

Hi, While releasing “Materials” transaction for Non-stock items , no inventory transactions (issue transactions) get recorded however for “Purchase Receipt” there is inventory transaction (receipt) get created. Is it expected behavior or I am missing something ? I have observed that scenario in 25R1. Please help me

Hi, I have a customer that wants to expense depreciation to multiple subaccounts when depreciation is calculated and released.  The only way I know how to do this is by creating an allocation in the financial module to allocate the expenses to the correct subaccounts. Has anyone else know of another way to allocate the expenses to the proper subaccounts, the customer is not on board with the allocation method. Thanks,Coleen

Hi everyone,I have 3 Generic Inquiries:GI A with a Division column that's a formula, GI B which also has a Division column as a formula.I'd like to create GI C by joining GI A and GI B on Division. However, Acumatica throws an "invalid" error.Any ideas on how to work around this? Thanks.

Hi everyone,We maintain the sales price of a FIFO inventory item as "cost + fixed markup". Today this is done by a Business Event that runs on a daily schedule and sets:Sales Price = current item cost + 5The customer is not happy with this because it is not real time. Here is the scenario we hit yesterday: within the same business day, the older/cheaper cost layer was sold out first, and immediately after that we sold a large quantity that had to be issued from a much more expensive cost layer. Because the price update only runs once a day, we kept selling at the old low price even though the cost we were actually issuing had already jumped — so we lost margin on every unit sold after the layer switch. What we are looking for: a way to recalculate and update the sales price immediately when the current (old) cost layer is fully consumed, instead of waiting for the next scheduled run. Constraints / context:The item is FIFO only — lot/serial control is NOT enabled, so we cannot use lot-s

Hello community! One of our customers has a single-tenant setup with several companies. We need Business Accounts in CRM to behave the way Customers do in Sales Orders — a user should only see the business accounts belonging to their own company/branch."Restrict Visibility To" handles Customers and Vendors and works well. Business Accounts have no equivalent, so everyone sees every account and prospect. The real issue is the Business Account selector on Opportunities (CR304000) and Sales Quotes (CR304500): even where the linked customer is restricted, typing the account ID directly into the field still finds and accepts it.What we plan to build, unless something native already covers it: a "Restrict Visibility To" field on the Business Account, defaulted from the user's current branch, carried through to Customer and Vendor on extension and kept in sync, and applied to both the data view and the selector on Opportunities and Sales Quotes so a direct ID entry can't bypass it.Has anyone r

Hello. Is it possible to create the Active directory user via API or Import scenario. The import doesn't create the user, even though it completes the import. Failing on the API side as well - I can create the native user but not API

Since the upgrade to 2026R1, if you view the ERP via http (some functionality isn’t available in the app, such as SO copying, etc), the decimal is now missing (used to show up next to the zero) from the numeric keyboard to enter cents into the field.  This makes the web interface difficult for any currency transactions the aren’t whole numbers.  There is a workaround in that you can enter a number into the field and when you leave the field it will add the decimalization to the whole number (.00) (to make 1 into 1.00) and then you can use your finger to go back into it to edit the cents and/or remove the whole number.  Hoping this is fixed in an update!

Customer does not have the Deferred Revenue module.Does anyone know of a way to accomplish the following scenario:Invoice customer for sold item and install is also invoice up front. The install credits a deferred revenue account rather than revenue When the install is complete, via a Field Service invoice, we need to debit the deferred revenue account and credit revenue- therefore recognizing the revenue when the service is comlete.Thank you for any input you can provide.

In our 26R2 instance, I need to add the company warranty and company warranty type. My import scenario works for > 99% of my items when I don’t include equipment information. Our equipment that we sell and service typically is finished goods and typically is Model Equipment without components.I am trying to add these 4 columns: I can add Equipment Class and Equipment Type without Company Warranty and Company Warranty Type without error, but when I add the warranty information; I receive this error: Error: 'Component ID' cannot be empty. Error: 'Item Class ID' cannot be empty. We do manufacture this item, but none of the components are warrantied. If the equipment fails in the field, we would typically RMA the part in its entirety (not individual components).I can save this item using Acumatica’s screen, IN202500, without trouble.Copilot told me this….and I tried the suggestions.

Hi Community,Has anyone ever run into this error before on a Sales Order? It seems like it would be from a dashboard maybe considering the site has no container management on it.Cheers,RJ Kenna

Hi, One of our client has a third-party integration with Salesforce which connects through our own middleware tool, which pushes Invoices from Salesforce into MYOB Acumatica and creates the corresponding Invoices. However, despite Numbering Sequences being specified in Accounts Receivable Preferences, how was the integration able to create an Invoice and a Credit Memo with the same Ref. Nbr.?Any idea how can this happen? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I've created prompts in AI Automation that validate records (for example accounting entries).I'm currently writing the result to a UDF. However, I think the notes field of a record would be a better option. But that field isn't listed among the input fields.Have any of you dealt with this requirement before, and how did you implement it?
