Good morning!

I have a user that claims she used to be able to approve all requests even above manager approval. It has now changed and she no longer seems to have that ability. I have not changed any of her permissions to change this. Do any of you have any ideas of what would need to be changed back so she has this right again?

I was able to figure it out. We had a few assignment maps made and they seemed to work against us. I was able to delete them and she is now able to approve over management again.

@bbondura You would need to check how it the approval map is set up in EP205500. Could it be that you are using workgroups in here and the user workgroup was changed on the Employee record or using the Company Tree
