Import Compliance Data

Hi all,

I’m trying to import compliance records into Project → Compliance and Compliance Management (type “Other”) in Acumatica 2025.

  • Prepared Data shows records, but Processed = 0.
  • Import Scenario has no Insert action, though manual entry works.

Does anyone know a supported way to import these records directly?

​@kimhung - I built your import scenario in my environment.  I got it to work just fine as long as the Project field was populated for the Compliance > Project field.  It looks like you’re using the same field to populate that value along with the Project Summary > Project ID field.  One way you can test this is to see if the import works in creating new records in the Compliance Management (CL401000) screen.  If new records are popping up there, it’s probably something related to the Project.  If NOTHING is showing up there, the system may not recognize the value in your key fields, like Document Type.

Thank you so much for your guidance! I removed the Projects field in Compliance, updated the Project ID field, and after testing, everything works perfectly.
