Hello All, I am curious if anyone uses Acumatica to track Resale Certificates for your customers. If so, how would you does your company do that?

I am trying to add the inventory item table into the view for a new screen twice for two different fields. i want to pull the status of the 2 different inventory items that are on the below screen. I found a couple of articles that i tried, but when i add the table a second time with an alias, it is pulling all of the inventoryitems instead of just the one on the line item. I tried adding .fromCurrent in there and it didnt duplicate, but it didnt pull the information either. Hello!I have a Parameter set up as @SiteID. I am attempting to make a cell on my report designer only visible if @SiteID parameter is null. Can this be done?    Maybe to explain a bit further. At the top; I’d like this to show up only when @SiteID is usedI’d then like the “warehouse” and “Waukegan” below it on the right column to only show when @SiteID IsNull I’ve looked online and done a bunch of AI chats and i only seem to error out every iteration i use. 

Has anyone developed a system where the move transaction can be done in batches similar to how the materials wizard functions? We release materials when a production order is completed in house so we do the materials and move transaction one right after the other. The materials wizard allows us to release materials for dozens of production orders if needed, but now we need that same functionality but for the move transactions.

I am trying to create a GI that links the project quote to the project (to compare values).  I’m getting this error when I run it.  I have tried two different ways of linking the two tables: I’ve attached my GI.  Any ideas what is the best way to link these two tables?

I created a new version of a report and added it as a separate Customization. However, when I run Unpublish, the new report version remains in the system.Is there a way in Acumatica to fully revert or remove report changes when a customization is unpublished?What is the correct approach to ensure that report modifications are rolled back after Unpublish?Thank you in advance for your help.

I need to correct a quantity in a RO by returning some of the items on the same day but with no charge. When creating a return on the same day, it still charges for the day.How do I avoid this charge?

Hello all,How can I setup an Approval workflow for the Opportunities screen in Acumatica? We know that the Approval Map doesnt have the option to setup approval for Opportunities screen. But is there any possibility to setup a similar flow without customization?

I’ve tried to find an import scenario to import users into a new system and am not finding what I need.  I created the Excel Data Provider as follows using guidance from some older posts in AUG Forums.The import scenario is:When I try to Prepare the Import by Scenario, I immediately get this error:The column 'Active' is not found in the data setDoes any one have an import scenario that works for users or can tell me what is wrong with mine?

Hello,On February 28th, we upgraded Acumatica to 2024 R2, and now the USPS Ground Advantage service method is missing from the service method list.I contacted EasyPost, and they said it appears to be an Acumatica issue. They advised us to reach out to Acumatica for support.Does anyone know how to add or retrieve this service method? I tested the connection and it is working. 

How do we use RR when we ship the replacement and pick up the return at the same time? We typically send the replacement item via company truck and pick up the defective/warranty item at the same time (or sometimes a day or two later, as the original item still needs to be extracted when the replacement item gets installed). The problem we are having is that the replacement shipment needs to be Confirmed before the Return item can have it’s shipment created. The SO entry appears to function the way we desire with the replacement item and the return item on the same transaction, but we have no document(s) for our driver and the customer to indicate both the replacement and the return being processed at the same time.

With a standard order (no make to order items), we have a shipping clerk grab a printed pick list (generated from the shipment screen as an action) and pick the items from the warehouse and place in the shipping staging area (size of a midsize meeting room). After the area starts filling up, he/she will start processing these staged shipments (the pick list sits on top of the picked items and acts as a traveler).We have a usb scanner that our shipping clerk would use in our shipping staging area that we envision could actually pick in Acumatica and then pack and ship.If we have the desktop attached to the usb scanner proceed to perform these steps on the screen, SO302020 -Pick Pack Ship, the scanning for serialized parts is burdensome (need to scan item, location and serialized id). Is there some way to just scan the item and the serialized id and not include the location?     

I’m finding some examples where the “transferred to invoice” field on a sales order (under the payments tab) isn’t being populated when an invoice has been created. I’m wondering is there something we did process wise that prevented this from happening? I ask because I built a refund tool that operates by using this field and if it isn’t being populated accurately the tool can’t figure the potential refund needed accurately. The “Transferred To Invoice” field is 0As you can see the SO is linked to this invoice so I’m not sure why it’s not reflected on the SOThe status of the invoice seems to be irrelevant as I have seen other open invoices still populate the transferred to invoice field on the SO.I’ve tried reopening the sales order, reversing the application of the invoice, and reapplying payment but that doesn’t seem to refresh that value either.

Hi Team,We need clarification around the impact of updating the Customer field for any existing Active project in the system. One of our clients (Company A) has been purchased by another company (Company B), and all invoicing and customer contact information needs to be updated for the existing projects to go to Company B. Originally, we were going to update the Customer field to Company B, but we wanted to understand what the project or financial impact might be if we changed the customer field from Company A to B for these projects. 

I’m trying to track who is set to get emails from our templates on various reports.Use-Case: “User A” exits the company, remove them from all outbound emails from all templates.I’d love to make a Generic Inquiry that shows me every report with every template saved for that report and then the TO and CC fields for that template. Which table has this data? Thanks!

I am looking for a way to add dock-to-stock period into MRP planning (does not need to be part number specific, can be one stock period for all parts) so we get a purchase part in a day or two before our schedule actually shows we need it. Lead time additions will just order the part earlier, not bring it in earlier. Anyone else have a solution to this? I feel like it's right there in front of me, but can’t seem to locate the solution. 

Currently, when we go to print the Change Order Form, it prints the revenue budget of the change order. Is there a way to set up a separate form to print the Cost Budget portion of the change order?  

Hi After many chat with Shopify support and after reviewing the data and considering that all variants are unique in Acumatica. it appears that the error "At least one option value is duplicated" likely stems from a subtlety in how the data is transmitted or interpreted by the Shopify connector integrated into your Acumatica ERP version 2025r1. So , I’am looking for more information ( into the Acumatica log )  Review the data sent via the connector: If possible, obtain a snippet or log of the payload sent to Shopify for product W24J0059 so our technical team can analyze exactly which option combinations are received. Our last sync history was this morning 12/16/2025 11:06am on Entity : Template Item and ERP ID W24j0059  Thanks for your Help _jean

Hi.         I would like to include additional levels to the original Dunning letter but I’m unsure of the syntax in report designer. Initially, I would like four levels. Also, include a column for the late fees and interest for each document and a total for the late fees and interest.

Hello!I am required to copy any attached document from the Purchase Order level to Bill same as how it happens in the Sales Order through Order Type setting. Currently it provides options only to copy line notes only up to Purchase Receipt Level. And we will have to manually add attachments to the Bill for reference, and it has become time consuming.Is there any way that I can update this setting or modification ideas on this?Thank You!
