I need to correct a quantity in a RO by returning some of the items on the same day but with no charge. When creating a return on the same day, it still charges for the day.
How do I avoid this charge?

Thank you for the response. Would I create the return on the same day and then when going to invoice, change the amount to zero? Is there a way that the zero charge doesn’t show up on the invoice?
To clarify, I did the Return and then Return Billing; under the Rental Details for the line item, put in the number of days for No Charge. Then on the line item in the Invoice, I changed the rate to 0. The invoice will be in the history of the RO.
