Hi.

I would like to include additional levels to the original Dunning letter but I’m unsure of the syntax in report designer. Initially, I would like four levels. Also, include a column for the late fees and interest for each document and a total for the late fees and interest.

@lewisad As far as levels are concerned, what does your configuration look like in AR Preferences and Customer Classes?  The report should pick up all these levels, assuming there are invoices enough days past due to hit these thresholds.

Are you trying to bring the level into the report? If so, the field is located in the ARDunningLetter or ARDunningLetterDetailReport tables (the former shown below).

I don't know if I can help you with interest but the field for Late Fee (Dunning Fee) is also in the ARDunningLetter DAC as ARDunningLetter.DunningFee.  You can add this field to the detailSection1 of the Dunning Letter (AR661000) report and perform a summation in the same way that the other fields are summed.

Hi thanks for your response. I used the “switch” expression to print the appropriate text depending on which level the letter was at.

  eg. Switch( expr1, value1, expr2, value2, ...)
