I created a new version of a report and added it as a separate Customization. However, when I run Unpublish, the new report version remains in the system.
Is there a way in Acumatica to fully revert or remove report changes when a customization is unpublished?
What is the correct approach to ensure that report modifications are rolled back after Unpublish?

As far as I know, there is no way to automatically revert report changes when unpublishing. However, you can do this manually.
When you publish a customized report, it does not replace the base report; instead, it creates a new version. To restore the base version, you need to remove the created version on the Report Versions tab (or activate the base report version, which you can save as a copy beforehand).
If you remove all existing versions, the base report will be opened.
