unable to cast object of type 'System.Byte[][]' to type 'PX.Reports.Web.WebReport'

After a restart of IIS (Internet Information Services) the issue doesn’t appear any more.

      @vannakheng66 - did you find a solution to this error. We’re encountering it with a customized purchase order (24R1) and it appears to be related to the Action button “Print Purchase Order” not sending parameter values correctly to the report.

          To re-start IIS, that needs to be get done by Acumatica in SaaS hosted environment correct?

          The answer is yes.

          I also suggest to try the following version:

          Go to `Apply Updates` (ScreenID = SM203510) and click `Restart application`. I suppose that this action will do the restart of iis. If you will do this action on a production environment, be aware that the users will lose unsaved work and the site will be unavailable for a couple of minutes.

          Please tell us if it works.
