Hello,Recently one of clients upgraded from 19 R1 to 20 R1.In 19 R1 instance, labels are displaying in Red color with this property ForeColor = “Red” but in 20 R1 instance still it showing in black color and we tried by adding CSS still showing in Black color. Please find the screenshots for reference.Could you please suggest me that if can change the colors for text in 20 R1.   Best Regards, Navee B

Hello everyone I am struggling with my  export scenario that I created to export shipment records (detailed records) since I want the PO numbre , product code and shipped qty.  However, after preparing the export, I have the same product codes (same lines) of the first shipment on all of the shipement records. (same 3 products are repeated everywhere)   There is something wrong with my scenario but I  can’t find it. Please HELP  

Hello,I have a problem with setting an InputMask for a string field at a DAC class (derived from IBqlTable).It should be very simple: Just allow any number of uppercase letters and digits.I started with InputMask=”>”. Then the user can enter nothing at all.InputMask=”>AAA” forces exactly three characters.(No, IsFixed is not set to true!)I’ve also tried regular expressions but they are taken as fixed characters.Any ideas?

New to Acumatica, still trying to learn. I need to figure out how the mobile app works because I’ll basically be working off the app as I stay in the field at all times. I can read how the mobile app works but I need a video. Is there a video on this? the only training aid I found was a word doc. 

Hello everyone, Maybe I am overlooking things here, but is it possible to add a mask to omit or not display an account in a certain range of accounts? For example let’s say I have account class 500 on my chart of accounts with accounts:500000500010500020500043500057500081500100and I want to show all accounts between and including 500000 and 500100 but I do not wish to see 500043 on my report. Is there a mask or would I be better off creating 2 rows, starting 500000 ending 500020 and then another row starting 500057 ending 500100? Thanks

Is there a way to sort the detail lines of a sales quote in report designer, by the ‘Sort Order’ found in document details of the Sales Quote GI?This field, ‘Sort Order’, does not appear in the corresponding table in the report designer.

Howdy Acumatica Community,I am looking at scheduling a daily report to Accounts Payable listing all released purchase receipt documents from the date before. Fun twist on this one; the POReceipt.ReceiptDate field isn't working for me as this is using the document date. We have segregation of duties and the date the receipt is released is not always the same date of the document. I fear that by hardcoding a daily report using the POReceipt.ReceiptDate field will present bad data to our AP team.Any thoughts/advice out here on how to present all released PO receipts from yesterday?Thanks!

Asian suppliers observe holiday periods where their factories are shut down.  Other suppliers may have periods where their factories are closed for holiday, plant shutdown, etc.  You can associate a calendar to the underlying vendor’s business account.  If a calendar exists then use this calendar to move the  planned order promise date and action dates to working days. This could be extended to manual created purchase orders also.

When working on a project we could have 50 employees for which our foreman will enter time via Crew Time Reporting. However, we also could have certain expenses for the 50 employees like a Meal Allowance if they all do overtime in a day or if working in an area that requires for them to pay parking, we will reimburse their parking. Is there a way to do Batch Expense Claims for all Field Staff on a Project rather than needing to go in and doing it one by one, if the batch is homogenous.

Hello, I am looking for a report that can tie to the balance sheet as of the end of the month. In Sage 100 it was called Stock Status report as of end of the month. How else you can tie Inventory GL amount on the balance sheet to the Inventory module? What are Acumatica’s users are using?Inventory valuation report shows data on the day you are running the report, its impossible to run back. what should we do?

On 2020R1, when I login on the mobile app it is not registering new devices. I have several that have been registered previously but I can’t get any to register anymore. Is there a way to register manually or do I have to submit a support ticket?

Just updated to 2020 R1 from 2018 R1. There used to be a amount total displayed in the Purchase receipts form, Screen ID: PO3020PL. Seems to be missing. Anyway to get this back? I checked in Preferences and didn't see anything pertaining to it.Would this be easy through a screen customization?I did see this idea but no other Community topics on it.https://community.acumatica.com/ideas/purchase-receipt-shall-display-total-amount-on-2019r1-2401

Hello! I’m trying to create an Generic Inquiry that pulls data from our Sales Orders and Support Cases; however, I believe I’m having issues with configuring it properly. As of right now, I have it set up to where it can pull information from Sales Orders (Order qty, order total, etc.), but I can’t seem to pull a certain attribute from our Support Cases. When I add the attribute to the GI list, it just shows up empty. I’m assuming I don’t have a relation set up properly somewhere? All help is appreciated! 

Hello,We have below requirement to trigger an automated email to the customers.RequirementWe have created the new Notification Template in Acumatica.  When we create a form in Magento, that activity will be created in Acumatica as Opportunity. - This part working fine. We have triggered an email with that Notification Template and observed everything workign fine. But we are pending with automation email part. As soon as opportunity is created in Acumatica, it should trigger an email to client.  Could you please let know how to achevie this part. Best Regards,Naveen B

We have this inquiry and we need to allow users to edit the pivot table using the gear icon, we tried providing delete access right of this screen to the role where the users assigned to.Unfortunately they keep getting kicked out of the screen when they click on the gear icon.Any idea why is that?

Hi SirAnyone can advise how to the transaction flow for the Return to Vendor Process in Acumatica as the return will be replacement back instead of refund the payment to us.We understand that once inventory issued , it will reflected to inventory stock ( reduced) and increase the cost of purchase. CR : INVENTORYDR : Purchase ( cost of good sold)However, if this return is send to vendor for repair/rework and it will be send back to us again.If based on above double entry , CR: Inventory and DR : Purchase , it will reduce the inventory qty and increase the purchase (cost of good sold)Not sure how it record in system while we waiting for the goods send back from vendor where not reflected the puchase and inventory? otherwise it will effected the cost of goods sold on particular month Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you 

Hello everyone, A total newbie here to Acumatica Report designer, so please forgive my question...but how to i precisely set the size of a group header section in the report designer?At the moment, there are about 4-5 blank lines that is being used up by the address section and it it pushing my document layout further down, so how do it fix this please?  Kind regards,Melq 

Is there a way to show the total of the line discounts, in the discount field and on the printed PO the same as when the whole document is discounted?  This would be easier to identify and compare with confirmations and invoices from vendors.
