Good morning, We’re considering extending the field length of the built-in fields for Address Line 1 and Line 2. The existing field length for each is 50 characters, and we are considering extending them to 100 or 150 characters each. I understand that there’s an additional Line 3 field that we can enable as well. We would be following the instructions in this blog post: https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2018/03/extend-address-line-length.htmlWe want to be careful in proceeding since this would be our first experience with customizing a built-in field. Is customizing a built-in field a common practice? Do lots of people do this? Do customizations like this run the risk of failing during upgrades? Dear all,I have desperately tried to set up the product configurator for several hours by now. I followed the guidelines by acumatica help portal. However, if I want to try out my configuration with the action test configuration an error occurs “AM Error: The following error message occurred during calculation of a sales price for the EMS-57-EL item: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”The item EMS-57-EL has a price set in its master data...and it is also referenced to a BOM…Can anyone help me? :(

1.WE selling non stock item， I have confirmed that in non stock item [general setting], require shipping is blank2.When I create a SO to sell non stock item, the status becomes [Shipping ] and I can’t execute Prepare invoice. and can’t delete this sales order, What should I do?My current version is 20.210.0044Thanks!

We are carrying out an integration to export sales records from Acumatica Sales Order Screen into external system via third-party API, what is the best way to carry out this integration?What is the best way to send Acumatica sales data to this external API and also sales data must be sent hourly. Currently thinking of using Contract-based REST API method in Acumatica. Please let me know the right solution to go ahead with this requirement or any documents present. 

Hello Community,I have a customer running Acumatica ERP 2020R1.A user signs on to Acumatica ERP and goes to Bill&Adjustments. When the user selects  a bill (open/balanced/hold) the page takes too much time to complete to the point that if the user clicks on any of the fields , the system throws a message box informing that: “Page Unresponsive - you can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page.” The page loading time is not that much if it happened one on a while but as the user gets this delay on every document then the wait causes some work delays and frustration.On the other hand, if the user performs the same tasks (under the same conditions) but now using Edge, the page load time is definitely faster and more acceptable.  The user runs Goggle Chrome 92.0.4515.131   Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Would anyone know if this issue is somehow related to Google Chrome settings ? Could extensions be interfering? Any inputs are appreciated.

Hello, Could you help me with the following issues?Where I can found  in Acumatica the costs per LOT [broken down into direct costs (RM consumption, power suppy, wages, water + sewage, variable cost) other direct (depreciation), G&A (ammortisation, salary), commercial] ?   Is it possible to do the following in Acumatica: Take all energy costs that are assigned to production (e.g. 80% of invoice electricity Q1) and distribute them equally to all articles produced in the relevant period, weighted according to the production quantity of the articles ?Thank you in advance.

Hi,Our organization is in the process of switching to Acumatica. I'm trying to import stock item profiles from our currant system, and when the import reaches half the sheet, the following error appears, input string was not in a correct format. 

Getting a message in a 2021 R2 demo site.  Is there a specific screen where I can turn this on?  Never seen this message before.

Add it to UI. Closed the invoice. Update value on this field.Looks once an invoice is closed, all the fields get locked down.We wonder that is there a way to make that particular field editable even on a closed invoice? Best regards. Yan

It appears that a non-stock item can be added to a purchase order, received and paid for without ever being added to a sales order and invoiced to the customer. Is there a way to ensure that that the customer gets invoiced (e.g. requiring a sales order before creating a PO)?

How do I remove the line file atttachment column from a GI? This GI is being used on a customer portal and I want to restrict it so that it is not seen and cannot be accessed.  

Label Customization to Send Custom Report to Device Hub Returning "0 Documents added to Buffer" We are developing a label printing customization and are integrating with Acumatica device hub.  The customization is successfully creating jobs in device hub but is not adding any documents to the buffer.  I have attached our current customization project which issues print commands from the ‘print label’ button added to the Purchase Receipts screen.  It will print to a device hub printer hardcoded during testing to with Printer ID = ‘LABEL-01’.  Please see the screenshot below for more information about the error. 

I have created two unbound fields on the Create Transfer Orders screen (SO509000). Hi Team ,I have a  requirement where an external system send the data of the attached  xml file to a text controller. there is business Logic to read the XML and convert to object and  perform business logic and then create a payment . I was tried with xml reader ,   list<> and XDocument.parse () also  facing challenge in converting with the attached xml .Can some one help me on this please  please find the attachment   

Received the following message: 'Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string'. My GI used two date fields; ARInvoice.DueDate and ARPayment.DocDate, I don't believe either of these data elements is stored as a Text string that would require conversion to be used in a GI. Is there more to this story?

Our company has an ongoing problem of customers paying twice for invoices that they pre-payed on because the invoice doesn’t show payments applied to that invoice. I have added a subreport to show an invoice’s payments. Now, I need a way to use the payment total on the main report, which I know can’t be passed from the subreport to the main report. I ask about this on StackOverflow before I knew this community existed and someone there suggested a DAC extension, which I’ve never done before. I’ve read through the 2019 R1 Customization guide and have a weak grasp on how DAC Extensions work. The problem is that all of the examples are shown for user entry fields and all of the examples I’ve found on StackOverflow are for user entry fields, too. I need a extension field that is calculated for the report and I haven’t found an example for that, yet.
