Customized Purchase Order Report Not Opening

I have created a customized PO report and when I try to open the respective report in the Report Designer I come across this error, please let me know how to solve this issue.

@TharidhiP , I have seen errors/issues like this when I have a typo or a left behind ‘ or = in a field. The field can be any field on the report. I have had it happen in the mailing settings, the visibility field. etc. 
 

I normally leave the report designer open until I can test the changes in the Acumatica system.
