We need to avoid the Bidding process when creating the Purchase Requisitions.
That mean first start from Requisition form and finish without bidding process.
Then need to create Purchase order from Requisition.

After this , requisition will flow directly to the Open status and become eligible for Purchase Orders creation

There is an existing feature request for this option.
At present, there is no option available to skip bidding process.

Could you mention the minimum steps need to avoid this?
That mean Once approved PR it transfer to Pending bidding. if we no need enter bidding response, what are the minimum system steps to follow?
