After we upgraded from 2019 R2--->2021 R1 we have this error: “Error converting data type varchar to numeric.” pop every time we try to load a GI that is supposed to display sales orders that have a UDF checkbox checked. Anyone have any ideas?  Attached is a screenshot of the trace.   

Hello AllI am sorry for this question but I am new with Report Designer so I do not have much experience.I was trying to create Generic Inquiry for production data and financial data which are no related (cost amount from account that is not related to Production itself). There could be applied Doc Issue data as the key but I do not think it is rationale and reliable key.Therefore I was thinking of making 2 separate tables in Report Designer - 1 with production data and 1 with financial data for same specific period. And then I would like to have 3rd table where I could make some simple mathematical calculation taking data from both 2 first table.Is it at all possible in Report Designer?I would be grateful for any support. Issue is on upgrade.Previously you could add a number of Automation Steps of Notification type. This allowed a number of Notification Actions to be defined. Now that the Automation Steps are no longer supported I’ve added a Notification Action in the Customization for the screen and this worked fine. But when I went to add some more then the option to choose Notification as an existing is no longer available. Any ideas on how to work around this?

 Invoice without discountStarted a return and the discount automatically apply to the document  Hi everyone,I met a very weird problem. The case is I created a SO for a customer(There is no discount applied at this moment) and invoiced. Later I apply a negative discount for the surcharge for this customer.  Than I started a return for this SO. The negative discount was applied to the document automatically. If I didn’t check the amount, I will refund more money to the customer.  I don’t know if this is normal or a bug? With my understanding, the return should be base on the amount on the invoice. It can not apply any discounts.  Does anyone know this ? or how to set do not apply discount for the return.

Hi, We have a field that allows for multiple codes to be selected. These codes are attached to descriptions in a table. There can be up to 20 codes in the field and the codes have differing lengths.The field ends up looking like COC; DC & CT; First Article Samples My task is to have the descriptions associated with each segment print on the PO form. I am unsure of how to process the field to get the descriptions. or how to do the join to the table that has the description. Any assistance will be appreciated!

Hi Acumatica community!I have a column chart in a dashboard that shows sales by month for individual customers. The column chart only displays months with sales data, which is a problem as many of our customers order every second month or quarterly. See example below.If there are no sales in a given month, I’d prefer that the chart showed zero (a blank space) for that month. This would make it much easier to see the relationship between sales and time.Is that possible in Acumatica? 

HI, I created a copy of the PO Form, P0641000 as PS641000. I made a change to the new form to print the discount percent rather than the discount amount at the line level.  This form has been added to the site map and works. When I try to add the new report as the default Purchase Order on a vendor, mailing settings tab, I am getting a message that the Report cannot be found in the system.I think I am missing a step somewhere to allow forms that begin with PS to be used. I have done this with other Acumatcia site, but have changed the name to begin with PO & not PS. Is there a way to allow a form beginning with PS to be used??Thank you 

HelloI was wondering does anybody use Shipment Confirmation form as Delivery Note and Cargo Shipping Order? If so, how is it set up? (Just for reference we are not using any Integrated Carries options).Normally those 2 documents are generated separately but in Acumatica I cannot see any other documents related to Shipment as Shipment Confirmation.Thank you in advance for any tips.

I am customizing the Sales Order Report in Acumatica (so641010.rpx) and there is a requirement to convert [SOLine.CuryUnitPrice] to USD given that the unit price is not already in USD, and also currency rate type should be MONTH rate (rate type ID in currency rate types form) and currency effective date in the same month and year range of the Sales Order Date [SOOrder.OrderDate]. I want to dynamically change the warehouse selector results in Acumatica on the following screens:Opportunities Sales Orders Purchase orders Sales Quotes Requisitions, by either company(All warehouse under selected company) or branch. Subitems appear to be inactive by default. Is there a way to mass enable inventory subitems all at once? I get this error when trying to use the inactive subitems in a Sales Order:“the default value of the subitem segment is inactive”

I’d like to lockdown accounts being used for integration purposes via IP Filter. I’ve done this successfully already but have run into a bit of a blip. I do a lot of my testing through postman.co and can’t seem to figure out the IP or range they’re using so I can add them to the IP Filter within the User. I then had a thought… it might be a solid idea to be able to report user’s activity including the originating IP. This would be a sort of du diligence in my mind. To be fair, we are considering 2fa via MS365 but I think there’s still merit to this. Thoughts? Does something already exist that I might not be aware of? Thanks in advance ;-)

How to change the date on the Document recognition service to use local date and not American date format

HII want to do the following with BC.One can setup various payment methods. Some offline, some online. I only have offline.when a customer have enough credit then I don’t want them to see credit card payment method in BC, only must have method, “on credit”when they don’t have enough credit, I want them to see Credit card payment method and not see “on credit” payment method.Any ideas?

I want to generate a generic inquiry that will list stock items and then all of the sub items for that stock item. is there an easy way to accomplish this? 

I am using PXFormula to multiply a qty and cost to create a new extension field in the details of Physical Inventory Review (although I would think the specific screen wouldn’t matter.) That part is working fine. However, I then want to sum that new column’s values into a new extension field in the header. I’ve modified the sales quote to allow the unit cost to be visible and editable but when I create a sales order from the sales quote the sales order is using the unit cost setup on the stock item and not what I set on the sales quote.  I’m not sure what needs to change in order to get the unit cost on the sales order lines to match what is on the quote line.  Is that something that can be changed? If so how would I go about it?
