Inventory ID Doubling Up when Confirming Order


Can someone help to solve this problem? each item shows double on the order confirmation, see attachment.

Hi @klugo36 Do you have a customization on the Sales order screen. Please verify with the following steps.

  1. unpublishing all the customizations and
  2. Create new Sales Order with the same steps and verify.
  3. If you the entries are fine now, then one of the Customization is causing the issue.

Hi @klugo36  Do you configured any discounts for this? Can you please attach the Discount Details tab screenshot here.

I’m seeing Discount Total = -181.76, which is wrong. (Showing in negative amount).

Can you please verify from discount configurations and confirm.
