Hi, A client, at version 2020 R2, wants to eliminate the Email Invoice/Memo Action on the AR Invoices and Memos. 

I tried to set the Visible value to false on the Form specific option but that did not do anything. 
In 2021r2, I can do this fairly easily by selecting & setting the action to hidden. 

Is there anyway to eliminate this action without coding?

Hi @wfilipiak67  Yes, we can achieve this requirement using the WorkFlow automation steps without any code changes.

  • In the Customization Project, select the Existing Customization screen → SO30100
  • Select the Actions (Left Side Menu), then select the Email Invoice action 
  • In the pop up you can Select the Hidden = TRUE
  • Same for AR301000 screen as well.

I needed to have this for the AR Invoices & Memos, AR301000. 
At 2020 r2, i don’t think that this has the new workflow automation. 
It is available at 2021 r2
 

Hi @wfilipiak67  I worked on the 20 R2 instance still, we can achieve with the WorkFlow automation steps. Here is the screenshot and customization package attached.

FYI, My issue was forgetting that you can add existing actions at that version
