I have been trying to figure out if this functionality is possible in Report Designer. I have a report with a grouping of items. I am trying to add an image that spans however many rows are in that group, but currently if I add a pictureBox to the section, it will repeat for X number of rows in the group and also add additional whitespace for each row. Is it possible to have an image (pictureBox) span multiple detail rows/groups in report designer? I have seen a previous example using a vertical line that spans down the entire length of the report by using the “bring to top” option, but trying to recreate this using a panel with a picturebox included has been unsuccessful. I’ve also attempted using a panel, line, and/or pictureBox with a background embedded image set, but that did not work either.

When releasing a Vendor Price Worksheet why does the Alternate ID not copy across to the vendor price?

How do I create child item classes? I couldn’t find a class other than a 5 minute preview showing it’s possible.

I have imported a few hundred projects as active with active tasks for an audit (long story), and now would like to run an import to close out the tasks and project.  However, it is duplicating the existing projects instead of modifying.Is there a way to use the Import by Scenario to modify as such, so I don’t have to assign these to techs to close out one by one?

Does anyone know of a way to show the applied payment total (including prepayments) on the SO Invoice printed form report (SO643000.rpx)?  The field appears on the SO303000 screen and the total is correct, however that field (ARInvoice.CuryPaymentTotal) is not available to choose in the Report Designer.  It seems like this would be a common requirement, so hopefully we are just missing something obvious here.  This is for 2020 R2.  Thanks in advance! 

Acumatica suggested we create a Big Commerce Sandbox to test configurations, changes, etc.  We have created a Big Commerce Sandbox and linked it to an Acumatica Sandbox.  Our VAR has set up the Big Commerce Connector, but cannot make the sync work.  Nothing will sync.  Our VAR has suggested we post here for help.  When I test the connection, I get a green check mark indicating the connections are working.  But I still cannot get the sync to work.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  

We are struggling to set up Auto Sync.  Since we went live in October 2020, we have been syncing manually due to sync issues.  We have the sync issues solved now and want to set up Auto Sync.  Can you help us set up Auto Sync?

Is anyone here having horrible support on the weekends?  We’ve been recently acquired and we are trying to change our calendar to match the company that bought us and we are trying to test the change by copying our data into a test company.  We have left over 10 messages since 9:00PM EST last night and absolutely NO RESPONSE and it is now 8:00 AM EST.  If $250 an hour gets you this support then I have to scratch my head!!!

Oft times, we have our System Administration team publishing Customization Projects to our clients, as we have both cloud and on-premise clients.  This become cumbersome when we want to ensure up-to-date Customizations across all clients.  Is there a log that deals specifically with publishing of Customization Projects? Is there a mass upload feature to upload Customization Project that numbers in > 20 ?

I have created a business event to send an e-mail to the owner of a case on a certain date that is set by an attribute. Everything is working fine, but on the subscriber section I can only chose to e-mail the person that created the case or last modified it. In our organization that isn't always the owner. Is it possible to e-mail the owner of the case?

I have a need to delete the Global cross-reference for many Stock Items in our system in order to get our Printed Forms to use the correct customer or vendor cross-reference (all cross-references appear in the Alternate ID field on the Sales Order and I can’t figure out how to get Report Designer to determine which is which without bringing tons of DACs).  I need to delete those Global one’s at the bottom.  Super simple to do manually.  I have an Excel sheet data provider with all the Stock ID’s, Aternate ID, and Alternate Type.  I’ve tried Keys, Custom Keys with @@ format, Line Number tricks.  The documentation says after finding the record with a key (tried both <Key: AlternateID> and <Key:AlternateType>), the summary Target Object must be selected to use the Action: Delete. Unfortunately with most of the scenarios I’ve tried there isn’t a useful error message either.  Anyone have any tips on how to accomplish this.  I think a method that works would be useful in the futu

I’m looking at Endpoint version 20.200.001 and specifically the Customer endpoint. The settings indicated that this endpoint is connected to screen AR303000. Under Customer is a field defined as:BillingContactOverride, Financial → Financial Settings, OverrideBillContactBut that field isn’t on that tab. OverrideBillContact is Billing → Bill-to Address → Override, OverrideClicking Validate Entity returns a message that says it validated.Am I missing something on understanding the field mapping or is the mapping incorrect?
