Dear all,
somehow I suddenly get an error everytime when I try to save a new customer order…as a result of this error the whole customer order is gone...
this is the message I get when clicking saving:
“Error: Another process has added the 'PTSOOrderTextElements' record. Your changes will be lost."
At the beginning it all worked fine. Then I tried to setup the product configurator...but I do not think that this might be the cause for this problem...
Can anyone help?

the problem is resolved. I do not know how my collegue did it, however, it worked :D (I guess by resetting the database).
