Good day,I'm attempting to select multiple shipments on the Create and Print Pick Lists (SO503050) form using the screen-based API, but only the last one in the list is ever selected when performing the Process action.I'm able to populate the Header Filter section and am getting the shipments (as per the specified filters) back in the Content result.I'm also able to generate a worksheet using the Process Action, however, it only contains the last shipment that was iterated over and not the 4 shipments that are expected.Am I missing something? Hello,      When I study the table, I see a lot of columns start with Fin or Tran.I konw Fin means the Finanical Period,   How about Tran?I know YTD is year to date, PTD is period to Date.But what are tranPTD and TranYTD?For me, it looks like the same with FinPTD and FinYTD

I'm working on customizing the landing page in our company's Customer Portal by using a Wiki page, and I need to modify the displayed HTML elements of this page based on the current user's role, as well as write the user's name into one of the HTML elements.What I'm trying to find is a way to make a call when the customer portal home page loads, to any already existing functions that would return the name and role of the current user, so that my javascript code can modify the HTML accordingly, or any other way to get this information and have it available in the backend when the user logs in.I’ve found that these codes apparently return the user’s ID and Name, in some aspx files in the Acumatica source code, but I haven’t found a way to use them in the portal’s home page, if it’s possible:PXAccess.GetUserID()Current<AccessInfo.userID>Current<AccessInfo.userName> Thanks in advance for your help!

Good Afternoon, I am looking for some assistance with creating a GI. I am using the Inventory “Issues” GI as the basis. I am trying to modify it to include information from the INTrans table. I would like to bring in the following Properties:INTrans.SiteIDINTrans.InventoryIDINTrans.QtyINTrans.TranCostThen add an additional condition to only show item that have INTran.ReasonCode of “Damaged” Essentially I am trying to create a GI that shows me the total cost/qty by site and Inventory ID of all “Damages”. Using this to begin tracking manufacturing shrink/waste. Currently I am getting error when trying to view the GI so I am sure I did something wrong with the tables and relations. Attached is the GI as it is now. Thank you for the assistance. 

Hi all, I’m looking to add UPS Ground Freight to our list of carriers/shipvia’s using the Acumatica UPS Plugin. The wiki notes carriers have various service types and lists ‘UPS Ground with Freight Pricing’ as one of the examples, leading me to believe this should be possible. Since UPS Ground freight uses a different endpoint URL for pricing and shipping, I’ve copied our existing UPS carrier that is currently working and added the freight URLs: Endpoint: https://wwwcie.ups.com/webservices/FreightRateShip Endpoint: https://wwwcie.ups.com/webservices/FreightShip I have also granted freight pricing, shipping, and pickup on our UPS account for production and have also tried this with the production URL’s. However, I keep receiving this error when doing a rate lookup:  Carrier Service returned error. 9371000:Invalid Freight Shipping Request Document Does anyone know how to correct this issue? 

We successfully use the Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to very quickly create labels and do shipments.Both of the plugins are supposed to work with Customer accounts.  We have added the customer accounts on the Carriers screen.  When we ‘Shop for Rates’ on the Shipment however, no matter what we select the ‘Use Customer Account’ box is automatically unchecked and the shipment is made on our main UPS or Fedex account. Any help on where else we can investigate what is going wrong or why it is not working?   Thanks! 

Heyi would like to change a display name from a field within the attribute editorbut everytime i try to click on “Change Attributes” it shows i cant edit the attributes because the underlying field is a replacement. How can i edit it if this error message appears?i am looking since hours and cant find a solution.

Hi, I am trying to do a GI get Month-To-Date, Year-To-Dae & Prior-Year Sales totals for an inventory item. There are multiple warhouses setup. I am using the INTran table, with a condition of the item & the TranType of Invoice. If I sort the results in Site Order (SIteID), the results do show in Site order. However, if I set the grouping to be by SiteID, results are totaled correctly by do not appear in Site Order.Is there a way to sort by the grouping conditions?No grouping:With Grouping:   

Hello,     I need to get the infomation of such items:    We have qty on hand>0  And We didn’t sell for a long time like 90 days.    I can get this done by joining INsitestatus and ARTran table.        The key of my solution is that Acumatica will by default get the maximum of trandate after I group by inventoyID      And I can use a “second filter” on GI results like below to get the information I wanted. It is a solution.However， it is quite time consuming because ARtran table is quite huge.Can I replace ARtran with another table (Where I can still get the last sell date infomation and join much less lines) ? Or is there a better way to fulfill my need. 

How can i override the process button in the Process order screen(SO501000)  

We have recently upgraded our demo data to the latest 2021R1 demo data set and in Service Management, the year on all of the orders and appointments are 2022 and 2023.  Is this an error in the data from the new demo data or something else happening? 

Construction is visual whether drawings, pictures, scope of work, etc. Most of that is initiated in the beginning before the project is even created. It would be very helpful if the activities (emails, attached notes, meetings, etc.), files and notes flowed from Opportunities > Project Quote > Project > Service Management (if applicable).This way these items do not need to be attached multiple times and the end of the chain (project manager, supervisor, foreman) can review some of the correspondence to get updated on the project.This files/documents following the flow would also be helpful in attaching to subcontracts so they too have the info needed.Does anyone have a way for the supporting documents in the initial opportunity to flow with the progression to projects/field service?

Our client wants to look at a PnL and compare it to the number of employees that were working in that department for the month.  Is there a good way to use a statistical ledger or GI to get that number?I was thinking of a GI and then I got stuck.

We upgraded from 2019r1 to 2020r2.  We had a notification set to go out when we paid our vendors with ACH and not it seems to have disappeared.  Does anyone else send a notification to ACH payees?  Whats the best way to do it?

A client implementing Acumatica Construction Edition uses Procore and will implement the Acumatica/Procore integration. They’re also implementing Acumatica CRM.  They sometimes encounter opportunities that originate from their clients’ Procore and wonder if there’s a way to connect the two.  The details for such a connection have not yet been defined, I’m not yet able to articulate the integration requirements.  But wondering if others have encountered this scenario.

We have employees that use the numbering of the lines on a sales order to help ensure accuracy when entering a large SO.Our employee Lisa entered SO 102812.The line numbering was not sequential  (I guess the line numbers "skipped" from like 11 to 20 something)But I look at it today and its varied with line #s missing throughout.I then looked at the audit history, to see if lines had been deleted or something.  But honestly I can’t really make a lot of sense out of the audit history detail. Would you be able to identify why lines would not remain sequential?Not only with this specific sales order, but in general, what would cause this? 

As per the subject, if I create a custom data provider in a .cs file, can I ask support to place it in App_Code in the hosted environment?  If not, how can I include it within a customization project so that it becomes available for use?

Hi, we’ve just recently upgraded a client to 2021R1 - Build 21.102.0070They use the warehouse management function in the mobile app through both IOS and Andriod devices. when using “Storage Lookup” they scan the warehouse, scan the location and nothing comes through. if they click “Review” they get an error “The view doesn’t exist”this also occurs when using “Pick Pack and Ship” if they click on any of the command buttons during the process - review/reset/scan/set qty anyone else come across this yet or can suggest a solution? have tried as “admin” and tried creating new user, checked the licence still remains, tried in separate company and tenant. have logged a support ticket also

Has anyone seen issues with prices going to $0 and no longer syncing in build 116 of the Big Commerce connector?  After reverting back to 115 we were able to get prices to sync again.Thanks,Kurt Bauer

The BOM Summary Form has been incorrect in ALL Manufacturing Versions for the Sub-Report Extended Cost Fields, Column Alignment, Missing Sub Totals and Missing Grand Totals in the Main Report.  Has anyone seen a correct version anywhere?

Hello Everyone, One of our clients is going to be integrating with ShipStation and in my testing on our test tenant I am having problems with the shipping costs to show up on shipments. On the ShipStation Info tab on shipments, after an order has been confirmed and has gone through the ShipStation process I am getting info for the Carrier, the tracking number, and dates. I am not getting Service or Shipping Cost. I would also assume that if things were running correctly, the packages tab would change to the package selected from Shipstation? Could this problem be from having a test developer account with ShipStation?  These are my configuration settings.Thanks

The mission with this generic inquiry is to show the payment amount value with the decimal stripped out. I’ve tried a few formulas but Acumatica seems to want to add 2 trailing 0s when I do that. Example:  The goal is, instead of showing $8321.05, to show:  832105In SQL I’d want to return a substring, or trim 2 characters from the right side of the string. Here are a few examples of what I’ve tried: Try to get the field to display as a schema field ‘payment amount’ Try to get the field to display as schema field ‘doc description’ Try to return from the right side of the string, -2 positions: =Right(CStr( Replace(  [APPayment.CuryOrigDocAmt], '.' , '' ) ), -2) Try to cast the field as a decimal =Replace(  CDec([APPayment.CuryOrigDocAmt]), '.' , '' ) Try to cast the field as a string  =Replace(  CStr([APPayment.CuryOrigDocAmt]), '.' , '' ) Any suggestions on this? Acumatica really seems to want to add those zeroes!

OK. I have a bit of a unique situation I am looking for the answer for.  I have a time clock that I use to generate a clock entry into a Production Order This works great. However, I have Team leads that approve their team's time. I need a way to have Joe the team lead log in and approve and only see Joe's team. Whereas Joe's supervisor John can see and approve Joe's time and all of his team's times. Setting the employee reports to on the employee records doesn't seem to cut it. The approval screen is kind of an all or nothing scenario it seems. Thoughts?
