Hi
Looks like the ‘Sales Region’ is one of the segment of ‘Subaccount’ Segment key.
- You have enabled ‘validate’ on Subaccount segment key for Sales region segment.
- When you enable ‘validate’, it expects the values for the segment created in advance
- Looks like a value used on DiscountTakenSubID for Sales region segment, has not been created yet.
- Creating the value for Subaccount segment ‘sales region’ should fix the issue
- Or you can just disable ‘validate’ for Sales region’ segment on Sub account segment key.
