I'm putting together a GI around Tasks to use for Dashboards and I need to use the Start Date and End Time fields to show the Start Date and Due Date of tasks. However, I've discovered as I was trying to set up filters for the data that the Start Date and End Time fields are displaying as 1 day earlier in the GI results than they actually are when you go inside the Task.For example, in the GI results this Task is showing a Start Date of 6/15/22 and End Date of 6/16/22: However if you go to the actual Task itself you'll see that the Start Date is really 6/16/22 and End Date is really 6/17/22: Anyone know what's going on here and how to fix it so the GI results show the correct dates? The filters appear to be working off of the true dates in the tasks which makes the GI results seem off when using the filters. The only thing I can think of is perhaps there’s a time zone issue between the fields?Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I’m trying to figure out how to use an Import Scenario to modify the Sales Order Detail section. To be more specific, when we issue a warranty with a receipt line I would like to add a not to the issue lines saying, “Please include a return label”. Since this note will appear on the pick list our warehouse team will see it and can take action.Another way I thought of and would would be happy to resolve this is to use the import scenario to add a ‘return label’ non-stock line item. We could set this to $0.00 and as long as it is an ‘issue’ it should appear on the pick list. Below is what I have so far. The problem is I get this error when it tries to run, “The last error was IN Error: Unit conversion  is missing.” Looking forward to see what everyone has to say. 

I would like to find out the average or recommend implementation time for a new Acumatica manufacturing site intending to work with the manufacturing module for basic production processes.Can such a site be implemented in say under 45 days from installation, configuration, testing and go live?

I’m trying to sort out default locations for vendors using the vendor location generic inquiry. I’m able to add the “IsDefault” from the Location Table to the results grid in the generic inquiry but when I run the query no locations are marked as default, even though obviously one for each vendor should be the default. Am I missing a step or choosing an incorrect field?

Does anyone know how to make the Project selector visible in the Purchase Order screen PO301000?In the PO301000 screen, I can see Project in the 2nd columnBut when I go to the screen, Project is not visible after Owner as shown below Thanks Mark

We are working on upgrading two clients to 22.106 and this version seems to have removed the ability to use the keyboard copy (Ctrl-C) to copy the value of a cell into the windows clipboard.  This issue does not exist in 22.105.  Can someone confirm if this is a bug because will will have clients that will complain about this loss of functionality?Thanks,Kurt

I have noticed that when I add custom columns to SQL Server (I know not officially supported, but it’s for testing purposes), that when an Acumatica upgrade is done, these custom columns are dropped. It’s not a huge deal (that’s why we do RDS SQL Server backups before upgrade), but it seems a little counterintuitive that a drop operation is run on a column that the system doesn’t know about. This is probably the result of a complete table drop and refresh as part of the upgrade process.Does anyone have any strategies for seamlessly moving over custom columns when an upgrade is run? I like the ability to manage the table structure at the SQL Server level, so if there is some way to do that which also plays nice with the Acumatica framework, that would be the best of both worlds...

Hi,On event handlers, like for example RowSelected, apart from doing a simple check like if RefNbr equals the defaulting value “<NEW>” or something like that. is there a standard / correct way to check if the row is new or if it’s an existing row being selected for different classes like ARInvoice, ARTran, APInvoice, APTran, Batch, GLTran, etc.?

I am getting the following error when trying to add new materials to a production order. This occurs when trying to put the order on hold. An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext'. Please see the trace log for more details.  Any thoughts?

Hi Team, I have some query on how to set the base currency in a tenant.Case 1 - We have a company in the United states, India, Europe. All have their own company currency i.e., Base currency - USD,INR,EUR. If I set the Company Currency for United states, the base currency is taken as USD. If I tried to create another company for India the same USD base currency field was freezed and automatically taking USD. As per the Document, base currency once set in the system will be applicable for all the companies in a tenant. In order to have multi base currency, then we should able the multi base currency option from Enable/Disable features. When we trying to enable it, system ask us to disable some features like Contract management, Payroll, Time management etc. But we do have payroll and time management in our business.Case 2 - In the above three companies, how we can perform the consolidation. My reporting company is in US, we are in need to provide the consolidated report in USD quarterly

Hello,    I found Acumatica is having add on called “AcuPOS powered by IIG”, which looks like an entrie whole solution for POS and Acumatica integration.   But correct me if I am wrong, “AcuPOS” looks like also requiring the customers switch/change the POS system they are using right now, right?    If the customers prefer to stay with the POS they are now using, Is there any existed way to go?

I have added a custom field it is perfectly able to save the data in my table but when I open that record to edit field is always empty. Let’s say that we have 2 different warehouses, MAIN warehouse, and another warehouse in a different city that is SECONDARY warehouse. We create a sales order with 9 items from MAIN warehouse, but one item is only available in SECONDARY warehouse. We want to transfer the stcok required from SECONDARY warehouse to MAIN warehouse, for inclusion in the customer’s order for one consolidated delivery all at the same time.Is there a way to transfer this inventory from SECONDARY warehouse to MAIN warehouse, for consolidation into the single order automatically? (the alternative of course is to transfer first, and then add to the customer’s order, but this runs ths risk that someone else grabs that inventory after the transfer to the MAIN warehouse).

Hi all,I’d like to use the default endpoint to retrieve the relationship between the Project & Vendor. Could someone shed some light on how to $expand that please? (Tool used : Postman)Can it be achieved by creating a customized endpoint which I have added the Vendors (screenname) but how do I expand that to link Projects?See below image for the new endpoint. 

Hello,Reading the ACU documentation and it's not abundantly clear...When you publish a Customization, do you need to have the Role of "Customizer" assigned to a user in order for them to access the screens it has created or edited?and/or is this embedded in the Access Rights portion of the customization?  Cheers!k2

@Naveen Boga  I need to create a workflow condition such that when a user creates a new service order, and does not have a service item in the details, the status on the document will change.  My issue is accessing the document details grid to use in a condition.  It seems that when doing a workflow I can use any of the FS.ServiceOrder DAC fields in a condition/action but none of the FS.SODet (details) fields.  Is there some secret method to making the details available?  Note: I am not a coder and am looking for non-coding solutions.  Thanks.  

I have removed some snap shots from our production instance and ran the “Optimize Database”  operation. However I am still seeing space being occupied by the snap shots. Has anyone else seen this? How can i keep up with the Whitespace usage and Acumatica.
