Is there a way to have the Tax Category on a Revenue Task be defaulted without needed to manually select one? If someone forgets to add a tax category, that task when billed will not charge taxes to the customer and this could create tax reporting problems if not caught.

Hello. I was wondering if there is a place for me to learn how the dates between the sales order/ purchase order/ production order work. Also, what is the basic process for a situation of if one of the dates on the purchase order moves, can every corresponding production or sales order date move with it? Ie. I have a purchase order open for an inventory item. It currently meets the requirements date wise to complete a production order for a sales order item on time. If the vendor can not send the item on time and the purchase order is updated to reflect this, is there an automatic way for the production order and the sales order to move accordingly? Thanks!

I have a the completed quantities captured via the Labor function linked to a production order and the “completed quantity” at a work center is incorrectly captured and released. How can I reverse an incorrectly captured Labor transaction (or Move) before I move to the next stage or before I release the Production Order?

Hi all, When trying to get a token we receive “unauthorized_client” error. I double checked client id and secret are correct, and the “code” generated with the same client id without any issue on prior step. Reading the error code I suspect there may be a place where we give authorization the client application to get tokens? Not sure… Any help is appreciated   

I have been trying to find the Acumatica online price estimator and can’t yet find it. help me access it please. 

Here is an example item. I have created a number of purchase orders for this item, and then I received them. You can see there are 3 purchase receipts, all of 1730 LBS of this item. Then we have 1 sales order for 346 LBS of this item. The “Available” quantity of this item is -346, and the Available for Shipping is zero.Can someone please help me understand why that is? On receipt, I assign a Lot/Serial number to these items. Does this somehow segregate this from the main inventory calculation figures? If I have received 1730 * 3, and I have one order for 346, then why is my Available still negative and my Available For Shipping zero?P.S. There was a warehouse attached to these records, but I have redacted it. Just pretend its name is DEFAULTWHSE for the purposes of this discussion.  Thanks,Jonathan

Hello! I would like to add a selector field on the Invoice line where a user can select any customer they need to. For example from Receivable,  Invoice and Memo Screen, I would like to select my customer from my header then have the flexibility of selecting various customers at from the lines. Link each line to a to a unique customer. This is just a statistical field BTW.

Hi,Have some questions on the “LINK PROD ORDER” button on the sales order, or the “LINK SALES ORDER” button on the production order. Is it possible to fill out a resulting pop up like this via the API? If not, how can I fill out the fields under “REFERENCES>SO REFERENCES” (SO Order Type, So Order Nbr, SO Line Nbr) on the Production Order when they are greyed out? Is there a way to un-grey these? If not, how can i fill out the fields under the line item on the Sales Order (Prod. Order Type and Production Nbr) when they are greyed out? Hello,Group Discount codes have a number of way to be configured.However, Customer Location is not one of the available options.We have a need to be able to set discounts per specific customer locations.Any thoughts on how this may be accomplished without a customization? 

I’m having a strange bug/problem with attachments on the Purchase Receipts screen.If I create a purchase receipt from a purchase order and then try to upload an attachment, it succeds: However when I try to upload an attachment by navigating directly to a Purchase Receipt, I get the following error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. Here you can see that it is the same record, but in this case I have navigated to the Purchase Receipt directly. Out of the box, the purchase receipts screen does not allow uploading of attachments. With most of our customers we want the email address and phone no to be the same in primary contact and additional info.  To save someone having to do this twice is there a way to have the email address and phone no automatically entered into the additional account info when it has been entered into primary contact or vice versa? This would only be if those fields were blank when entering into the other field so should not end up overwriting anything someone typed. Thanks for any help, even if it’s to say this is not possible. Phil

Does anyone have a good explanation of the difference between PX.Objects.AP.Vendor and PX.Objects.AP.VendorR?I haven’t encountered a difference between them (yet), but I’ve noticed that the standard Vendors (AP3030PL) Generic Inquiry uses PX.Objects.AP.VendorR and I wonder why.

I have a customer who is setup with a terms discount of 2%. The terms are 2%N45. I would like to set a grace period for the discount to apply of 5-7 days and not quite sure how or if this can be done. Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks
