Via the mobile app we can attach all the photos we want onsite to the opportunity.I am looking for suggestions (maybe I have something turned off) on how to upload photos/files via the app in the project screen the same way. Any ideas?

Hi Experts,I have a data view called ‘ReportCredential’ in my PXGraph. I set ‘ReportCredential’ as a primary view for a PXFormView. Also I have a funtion called ‘reportCredential’. When the form is loading, I find the function will be called several times. Since I will call external web services in this function, I need this function to be called only once. We are using Velixo to create a report showing current percent complete and forecasting the percent complete per month till the end of the project.  The problem I have is when pulling the Budget Forecast into the spreadsheet I need the RevisionID of last update.  I have pulled that field into the GI but it wont show up.  It doesnt even show up, but its on the results grid.  Any idea how I could get this number to show?

Good day,  I have the situation where I need to move different finished goods items from a singe production order. In this scenario I am moving a main item from the production order, and some “by-products” or “co-products”. How would this be done with standard Acumatica Production Orders?

I’m not sure if this is a glitch in Acumatica or a setup issue on our end. Bank reconciliation is showing the direct deposit batch total as one line on the bank rec (which is how we have it setup in the bank and what we want) and no individual pay stubs; but once the bank rec is released, the individual pay stubs show in bank transaction details as cleared but not reconciled. In next reconciliation the individual pay checks show up for some reason as ready to be reconciled with the cleared box checked. Users cannot reconcile the individual pay stubs because they have already reconciled the whole direct deposit batch in the previous reconciliation. It is like a flip gets switched once the direct deposit batch is reconciled and released that marks the pay stubs as cleared but not reconciled and then allows individual the pay stubs to then show up in the bank rec. I can’t figure out why the individual pay stubs are 1-not being marked reconciled when the full batch is reconciled, and 2-why

Hi,I have created an User Defined Field in Sales Order form. I want to add the same in Sales Order printed form (SO641010). I am aware the value for User Defined Fields are stored in SOOrderKvExt but I do not see in Report Designer. I have even tried Build Schema > Load schema and Refresh/Refresh All, but still I am not able to get it.Any suggestions?I am using Acumatica version 20.208.0031.

After updating from 2020R1 to 2021R1, i went to create a quote in the mobile app and this is what popped up. Does anyone know if this is something that needs to be fixed at the inquiry level or customization level? I am not sure where to start.Thanks!

I have a batch of inventory adjustments to make, so rather than key them in I was going to use the Import from Excel function within the Inventory Adjustments form.  I've used this function within the order entry screen, so I was familiar.  I went to load records from file, browsed to the file (.xlsx) and clicked the Upload button.  The screen flickered, but the dialog box never comes up.  I've checked everything I can think, but nothing seemed to work.  I even tried importing to the order entry screen, to make sure that worked, and it did (tried the same file just to see if the dialog box would come up, and it did).  Is there a setting that has to be flipped on per screen to allow the import to go through?  What else might I be missing?  Using 2019R1

Eg: I am trying to create a “Customer” related field in “Invoices” screen. Dear Friends,I am trying to create a custom “Related” field and it doesn’t work for some reason, so need your input. I created a new Customization Project, and in the Data Access section for Invoice, I created a new field: Lets say the Field name is “Shipping Customer”. I added the following as part of field attributes:[CustomerActive(Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible, DescriptionField = typeof(Customer.acctName),Filterable=true, TabOrder=2)][PXUIField(DisplayName="ShippingCustomer")]Once the field is created, I added it to the Invoice Screen, and it appears fine (woohoo!).  But when I save the Invoice, the field value is not getting saved into the DB. I have looked at the Access History(OData refresh) but I am thinking the API can also be an issue.We currently experiencing massive data pulls via the IIS on our server and I can't see what is pulling the data.Any ideas or suggestions will be helpful 

Hi  I was wondering if the new Arena PLM integration supports muli-level BoMs.  Often in an environment where a product is produced with a multi-level BoM, if a lower level BoM changes for any reason the revision of the parent level BoM should also change revision when the lower level BoM is updated. This is to reflect that the finished good produced is a different version as a result of the component part BoM having changed. Is this something the integration can mange? Thanks  Matt  

Hello,   I’ve wrote a tabular report to show customer(as row) sales in 4 warehouses (as column).The values are the total sales qty.     The column right now is dynamic, that if 1 warehouse has no sales at all, this column stands for this warehouse would not show on the report.       Is it possible to always show 4 columns, even if that warehouse has no sales.  

Hi we have setup a processing center to connect to Authorize.net and have tested successfuly.  Is there any online form or tool to allow customers to enter their credit card information?  I’m surprised I haven’t been able to find anything….customer portal looks like it might have something but I don’t want to give every customer a username/password.   Any suggestions how I can have customers enter their own cc details online for authorization?

However, I do not have a lot of experience using “Actions” aside from the “Release” button and so have come to you for help. Objective: Add a PO Receipt to an existing Bill. The Bill has already been created and is on “Hold”. I have added the “AddPOReceipt” action to my extended web service endpoint. When I POST to “AddPOReceipt” endpoint I get a 204 response to which I follow up with a GET to check the status of the request and I get a 200 response. When I look at the bill there is no receipt added to it though. Hello,       I met an issue, I don’t know how serious it is. Because the system behavior looks OK.  But It is indeed strange. Luckily, I got this issue on a test environment, but I still need help.      I did some test on shipment workflow days ago. And it seems like something is broken.  When I try to create a NEW shipment, the status is disappear, so the new shipment can not be saved.       In Order to solve the above issue, I unpublished the issue customization projects and import a backup right 1 and republish. The status issue has solved.      But Unfortunately, the “default workflow” is disappeared                 How can I add the default workflow back?

How to adding a clickable link for excel export using generic inquiry. It should be same report export. 

Anyone knows how to make it automatically to export inventory to csv and send to sftp server? I know I can export to csv and manually upload to sftp. I want to know if Acumatica has anyway to do it automatically. Even execute a command line after export file.

I have a prospect in the supplement manufacturing industry.  One issue that I am trying to solve for them is managing lots of ingredients or finished goods that require testing before they can be used.For ingredients the scenario is this:  A product is purchased and receipted into stock and assigned a lot number.  A sample is taken and sent to an independent laboratory for testing - the test can take up to 2 weeks to return during which time the stock cannot be used in production and is not available for scheduling. We are looking for an easy way to identify that this particular lot is still awaiting the test result whilst other lots of the same item may be available (or waiting on a test and not available until later).  Ideally I would like to have attributes for the lot, but this is not available.  I think that the best I can do right now is place the lot in a quarantine location and move it out when it has passed the test.  A similar situation occurs during manufacturing when the fi

in segmented keys I would like the system to pickup the BAccountID and fill this in as the 1st part of the subaccount being used So for example I have set subaccount up as such in the CS202000 screenAnd I would like the system to look at the customer or (vendor if applicable) and fill the 1st segment of the subaccount with the  BAccount code So if I was entering a AR Invoice I would like the first segment of the subaccount to pickup the current BAccountID and autofill with thatthe only way i can think of doing this is using custom workflows but wanted to check that I’m not missing something
