Hello,I know the vast majority of Acumatica source code is accessible under App_Data/Code_Repository. However, it looks like only a small amount of items in the PXData namespace are available. Is there any way to view the implementations of all classes under the PXData namespace (specifically I am interested in MatchWithBranch: https://help-2021r1.acumatica.com/(W(3))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=b8c20406-7217-b865-6bf2-90658262610d))? Thanks!

Hi I need to create Open Invoices for adding them Payments and Application. I just need to create 20 invoices in order to add 20 rows for payment in order to test data generation As I understood only Open Invoices could be added to “Document to Apply” tab and only with same Customer So, how to make Invoice status “Open”  ?If you know more fast way to generate 20 rows for “Document To Apply” tab for payment than creating 20 Invoices individually, I will be very grateful 

I have a grid that has a multiline text field (max 500 char) in it. The text could be very short that fits in one line or lengthy that needs to be broken down to multiple lines when displayed. I was wondering is the any way in Acumatica to dynamically change each line of grid height depending on the number of lines needed to show the full text?

Hi All,We want to extend a Business Account to a Vendor using an Acumatica Webservice endpoint. In the past we were successful in making a POST request to extend Business Account to a Customer using ‘ConvertBusinessAccountToCustomer’. We were hoping if there is something like that event for extending to Vendor as well. Any leads on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards,Amruta

The Description field looks to be in default paragraph mode. Is there any limitation to the amount of information that can be added to this field? We have parts that require extensive technical descriptions.Do we have the ability to attach a document to this description?

Hi. We have a client requiring setting up of approval maps for 156 branches for 12 modules 2 tier (preparer → reviewer) 3-tier (preparer → reviewer → approver)with conditions and rule actions. We believed we can expedite by either using import scenario or, worst case scenario,do a direct SQL.Anyone encounter such experience before? Thanks in advance. 

 When my company went live with Acumatica in 2019 we were given access to a preview release of the carrier integration for ShipEngine.  Last week upgraded to 2021 R1 (v21.117.0037) which includes this feature out of the box.  Before the upgrade I unpublished all customizations and did not republish the early release version we had been using.  Before this upgrade everything was working for us as expected between Acumatica and ShipEngine.After upgrading to 21R1 I had to modify our carriers to use our ShipEngine Account ID instead of the API Token that the preview release required.  After that change the Test Connection button on each carrier reports success.  However, when I edit a ShipVia based on one of these carriers the service method selector no longer loads in any of the services tied to our account.Due to this configuration issue, we are not able to successfully refresh rates or shop for rates from sales orders.  We are able to create shipments successfully with update 17, so I d

Hello,         We are having a scenario and I would like to know what is the best way to log them in system. Here is the scenario and what we are doing now:         Both “Costco” and “CITI bank” are vendors in our system.        We purchase some items from “Costco” using credit card. And in order to track inventory, we created a PO from Costco and received the items and generated the bill to Costco. We call bill 1 .        And also monthly, we get a bill from “CITI bank” including the total amount used in Costco and other amounts(means not the same with bill 1), like fuel, gas (not inventory item, so no POs). In order to log the payment, we also create a bill to “CITI Bank”. We call bill 2.          Now you see, on bill 1 and bill 2 we are actually having same item. so we don’t have to pay twice. And also we don’t have to double our liabilities.       Can anyone give me some directions to deal with this scenario in a best way.

Is there a way to combine a Repair Order in Production with Equipment Management, so that equipment management is updated with changes made in the repair order.  Can the items of a BOM be added as a component to an item for equipment management?

I have added a custom field to AP Bills that entering value should be mandatory. On the AP Bill screen system shows a red astrix by the field label that when value entered turns its color to black. But system doesn’t force the user to enter value for it and accepts saving the form without having data in this field. I have made it “Required” as you can see below. Hello, We want to track transactions that are discounted, due to a misprint/reprint (we decorate our products). I’m assuming Reason Codes on the SO Line is the best way to track this, but please suggest any good alternative ideas. Is there a way to make Reason Codes required for discounted SO Lines? Our users will forget to input a code unless we require it. 

I’m working on an upgrade from 2019 R1 to 2021 R1 and it appears that my Files section of the Customization Project Editor no longer has the add button.  I’ll share an image at the end with a side by side of a 2021 R1 demo site loaded with the U100 data set.Until today, I’ve never had cause to use the add button in Custom Files on this upgrade instance.  In every other customization project on this site (with an extension library) the DLL is visible by default. Is it possible to default check boxes as checked? For example, in the Kit Specification (ScreenId=IN209500) the Allow Component Addition box and the Allow Component Qty Variance boxes default as unchecked. My client always has to check these. I want to make them default to checked. I’m guessing this is going to require a customization but was hoping otherwise. What would that customization look like?

Hi,I have created import scenario to import invoces and line items, when i execute prepare and import action for each record from excel a new invoice is created.In the excel there is only one invoice with 53 line items. Good day,Does anyone have any ideas/or maybe some documentation on how to set-up an update from an existing tenant to another tenant.  We have production tenant that needs to be update from a development tenant.  The development site has be updated/migrated with information from QB for prior and 2021 AP and AR, Customers, COA, etc. transactions which we now need to move into production.  Production has only 2021 data.  I can’t use Snapshots because the dev tenant is four months old and we are updating or adding new production transactions (none which are been posted).  Our vendor is working on programming a connections between to the two tenants and communicate updates to from dev to production.  Any insights?  Or have has anyone done a similar project before.Happy Holidays

Hi,I have two or more tenants in the same instance and i want to get the data from one data updated into another tenant not replaced, I don’t want to use sanpshot shot option as that will replace the tenat data.I want to insert the data so that old data remain intact.Do import scenario or generic enquiry serve the purpose. 

We’re using a slightly modified Inventory Balance report. Some items are being excluded from the report. Only common denominator I can find is these items all appear to show ZERO QUANTITY ON HAND and ZERO AVG COST. But I can’t figure out why that would exclude them. Like I said the file is modified from the original, so I’m attaching it here. TIA!
